What is the deepest, most impactful statement that you have ever read?

For me:

e^(pi*i)+1=0 - I have no idea what it means, and I’m pretty sure that no one else does, either, but it is the most profound thing that I have ever seen in my life.

enders game to me feels more like intro to the character, the plot is a training montage. for speaker for the dead i actually found and read his early draft before he made ender the speaker and i think that threw me off the story (he was right thats its empty without his "magnum opus" character)

I always thought Xenocide was over hated. The first 90% of that book is fantastic. CoTM I thought was okay but it's my least favorite in the original quartet.
