I have written a 90k word occult-psychedelic espionage novel. I don't think I'm ever gonna be successful publishing, so I thought I could post it here maybe. Unless, there's a way to have it be done? I'm not in it for the money but as a concrete form of success, I'd like it.

My bottom line question is should I post my book, or just try and find a way to get it published.

on top of all this I'm ESL, fyi.

Try and find a publisher first. You should at least give it an honest shot first. Some publisher won’t want something previously self published. If after like a year you get no bites then self publish it with a marketing strategy otherwise no one will read it

Congrats on a huge accomplishment in finishing it

Just self-publish it like Evan Dara. The only difference is that you can maintain royalties and all production decisions. All the small presses I submitted my novel to all use print-on-demand and rarely do any editing and promoting.

Congratulations on finishing it. I write a lot in my native non-dominant language, which is French, and even then I only write short stories. Exophonic writing is always going to be impressive no matter what.
Second, have you even had anyone look at it? Don't give up before you begin.

Get an editor to look at it first. I think the biggest issue with aspiring writers here is that they’re too egotistical to have their work torn apart by others. If you find an editor who has worked on books similar to what you want to get published, take his advice. Don’t bitch and moan and cry about your creative energy being stifled: take his advice and push back only when the core element of your work (the essential story you want to tell) is at risk. For example if an editor tells you to cut out a bunch of parts you like, but aren’t essential to the story, then do it. If he’s asking you to rewrite the whole thing to be a gay racial autoerotica, then find someone else.
