20 years of age.
Of all books in my life, probably between 50 and 100, if we include children's books that I read growing up.
I've read 4 so far this year.
Age: 32. Read: 1,000. However, I have only read a few fiction books this year. Shifted careers. Now in healthcare. So I have spent more time reading, and listening to, physiology and pathology books and videos. Maybe in a year or two I will get back into reading.

Genuinely have no idea. I've got 100-150 books on my shelves, though that doesn't include ones I borrowed or got rid of. Read a ton when I was younger before pretty much stopping cold in my early teens. Then in my late teens/early twenties worked my way back up to around a book a month. Now, in my late twenties, I read anywhere from 2-4 a month depending on the book's length.

This is hard to answer because I don't really even know what counts. In the past three years (when I started reading seriously) I've probably read somewhere around 50 books, maybe slightly more or less.
My most recent books read are:
The Pentateuch, The Republic, Beyond Good and Evil, The Paideia Proposal, Groundwork of the Metaphysics of Morals, Politics
Currently reading the Iliad.
