What is a characterization of the Christian knight within a psychologically plausible structure and aesthetic perhaps of the ancient concept of virtue without recurring to the necessity of virtue. Something like a post nihilist good man but without falling for the trap of the arrogance and resentment of the good man as per Nietzschean analysis? What philosophy manifests this?
