On style: do you like verisimilitude or anime style writing?

Anime style writing creates verisimilitude in the right context. OP is a faggot.

Wut. That question doesnt mean what you think it does. Anime verisimilitude is the elaborate backstory when they hit you with the faggot fist while showing the training montage or history. It could even be the montage. Or the new tech in the mech suit, or the empowering speech.

What do I like? Neither. I like in universe outcomes accepted as the arbitrary nature of reality. You punch a dude and his head explodes? This is now the expected outcome. The characters are aware of it, you are aware of it, and the characters respond You dont explain why unless you want to, you discuss what impact it had, and what happens next.
