I’ve read most of these already but I’m always looking to add to my feminist lit collection, so let me know.

Add Breasts and Eggs by Kawakami. It's about ageing woman writer who hates sex yet dreams about having children so she decides on artificial insemination . On the protests related to it she meets a guy who she fell in love with, who is kid from AI and he thinks it ruined his life, obv he is tall and rich doctor.
All ends very well for female protagonist

It does as a spiritual/aesthetic category. Of course they have sex, but that is beyond the point.

It's also written from the perspective of the character after she's already died.
