How the heck are you going to stretch out a cucking scene for an entire novel? Short stories I can see but not novels

There is a Italian medieval short story collection composed entirely of cuckolding stories. Then there is a French medieval story about French merchant who is obsessed with the Italian cuckolding book. He studies it like "How to not be a Cuckold" manual. But despite his vast knowledge of cuckoldry, his wife still cucks him. And instead of being mad that he got cucked, he is excited because he can now write a book/treatise on his wife's nove method of cuckolding.

I believe the Italian Book is by Bocaccio (not The Decameron). The other story is in Les Cent Nouvelles Nouvelles or in L'Heptaméron.

No but you can add Charles Fourier's The Hierarchies of Cuckoldry and Bankruptcy to your own.
I'd recommend Les Dames Galantes by Brantome if I actually read it, I just know that for the first 150-200 pages or so he talks about cuckolds and their cheating wives.

That’s not what I have in mind. It ought to be a romance/erotic novel with sex scenes galore, but with a good plot. Ideally a happy ending too

No list of this kind would be complete without the Lusophone classics
>O Primo Basílio
half of this work is cuckoldry and the other half moralism to highlight the tragic consequences of moral transgression. There's also a dynamic between a beta and a chad that comically resonates with today's memes, even though it was written in the 19th century.
>Dom Casmurro
where the protagonist suspects he was cuckolded, but the narrative doesn't provide an answer. To this day, it is a matter of discussion in Huezil

The French book could as well be the School for Wices of Moliere which has a similar plot.
