The show tries to do too many things at once. The universe senshi feel less important to me than the gears in donbrothers which is fucked up. Universe Senshi arent in every episode. Randoms getting the powers is an interesting idea but it does make me miss guest appearances from old toku characters like in Gokaiger. The Number 1 stuff seems pointless and has little to do with the rings exceptnthey can lose/win rings from them. Man, this show is fucking weird. The actors are all great, both heroes and villains. The suits are good, the action is good, and it has some really good moments. But most of it feels like they were playing Mad Libs instead of writing the plot. The entire "number one" concept comes at goes completely at random - sometimes they get fucked for not following the rules of engagement, and sometimes Hoeru just kicks the monster's teeth in with zero fucks to give. Hoeru fights some dude in episode 1, they seemed like rivals, but then the dude just... disappears? The same happened to a ton of other secondary characters, they're fucking gone. The battle royale idea started as the primary focus, to the point where the villain faction felt useless, but now it's the opposite; ring wearers don't have any beef whatsoever. Pacing is also pretty bad; serious, plot-heavy episodes are always followed by pretty shameless, silly filler.

The point is that zoomers have a rebellious sprit, they just don't express that through substances.
Mass unrest in the west is coming from young people on both sides. Instead of caring about shit like parties to "rebel" that is what is being talked about. Most young people don't care about partying which is why it is dying because there are bigger things on their plate.
If you want to boil it down to jealous autist then you don't even see the point I am making since most young people in general don't care about shit like that in the first place.
