Fluttershy is a rebel. She found a way out of Trixie's magic forcefield and helped Twilight when she took over Ponyville with the alicorn amulet and she found out the truth about Starlight Glimmer and helped get her exposed. Just saying, she was the one who kickstarted their downfall. She even managed to singlehandedly tame the lord of chaos. Fluttershy is surprisingly badass for a pony with a reputation for being shy and mostly innocent.
