No, he didn’t. Nicole Dubuc did. The only credit Haber could theoretically be given is that he greenlit her, but even that was an evil action, because he was planning on enforcing that godawful disgrace of an ending the whole time. That was never how her story was supposed to end. It’s pretty clear from Dubuc’s facial expressions in the 2020 BABScon panel that she regretted even creating Cozy Glow because the ending that this disgusting shitstain wrote was so horrendously evil that it retroactively ruined anything good about her presence in the show.
