Twilight would be a tea drinker, specifically black or oolong teas that Fluttershy grows for her.

Fluttershy herself however drinks warm diet soda because she doesn't own a fridge and strong energy drinks give her anxiety.

Rarity is on ozempic but loves Alani's after switching from Celcius, and buys it in cases.

Rainbow drinks Reign Energy because its branding is parallel with pre-workouts, and it doesn't have Taurine which makes her fart like crazy.
