The Gameloft game is surprisingly good, probably one of the friendliest p2w farming games there are out there. I played it for 4 months and I got pretty much most things that I wanted and made good progress without spending a penny.

Hasbro could have capitalized on the G4 brand to make a proper MLP game ages ago. All they had to do was copy a mixture of Spyro, DK64 and Jak and Daxter. A collectathon, platforming exploration game where you can alternate between each member of the Mane Six to solve puzzles, fight enemies and see large open levels all in the setting of the show. Its so simple it practically makes itself.
