tree law is very expensive irl. cutting down someones tree and losing in court, will make you pay, for a similar age tree of the same type of tree, to replace the tree. This includes having the old tree removed, finding a new one, removing it, having it brought to the property, and putting it in the ground. And sometimes a fine is added on top after all of that. so I'd imagine that a dispute between AJ and Strawberry Sunrise would be over a strawberry having grown in between the property lines, and AJ cut it down.
