Can someone spoonfeed me on what artfight is? I've never had the gall to try it. Is it just passing back drawings of OC's? Do they have to be fighting my own? I have the mind and time to join this year, so if I could draw/receive ponies and only ponies, that would be honestly quite fun.

Sure.
You post your characters and choose a team to join (the two teams this year are Fossils vs Crystals)

You "attack" another player by drawing their character. There is no pressure to attack back, but you can if you want to. Likewise, people you attack don't have to draw your oc if they don't want to. The point is to have fun and celebrate each others' creativity.

There are a lot of pony ocs to draw.
