Boop them with extreme prejudice.

That would imply they had a religious schism based on people rejecting the church which led to the rise of individual pony rights as a concept, then a new country which defined itself by putting those rights into law, then centuries later somepony decides to just make up what those rights mean.

I think it should be legal to gun down sovereign citizens.

Equestria has open borders, everyone is allowed to enter the country and anyone who wants to legally be considered a citizen merely needs to fill out a 5 minute form
