No, they are ready for animation, the way they're built is how DHX used them for animation, look up Double Rainboom tutorials and you'll see. There's no "rigs" like 3D rigs with bones, constraints and stuff, in Flash/Animate they're just a set of nested and not connected with each other layers that you animate 1-2 at a time. This is how studio animation is done in Animate, it's really deprecated and retarded.
