Evening Star, the guy who used to make ambient fan music, has a video now where he's dressed in a suit talking about how he has moved on and is too embarrassed to even say "My Little Pony". And he re-released some songs with just a picture of a real horse as a sly reference. A few days ago I found a deviart art page of a fan artist, the page is abandoned, whereupon is written, "Former brony. I'm only leaving this page up to remind myself of how stupid I was."

I would like everypony to know there is nothing embarrassing about being a brony or being part of the herd! Any parasprites who say otherwise are wrong. You know that famous painting depicting sleep paralysis with white eyed horse at the edge of the bed. A "nightmare" is called so because in olden times horses were often seen in scary dreams, probably. Horses have always been an important part of life and you are continuing the tradition. I know sometimes it can be hard to be part of this religion, but you must keep up the love and tolerance. Embrace your true self. Don't feel embarrassed! What is this, 2012? No one judges you anymore for MLP anyway, if they're cool! Thanks to our work we have shown the world who we are, we were just misunderstood like the christians in Rome. And if they want to make you feel ashamed because of your pony dolls you tell them, "At least in Equestria they're nice and accepting of everypony!" And recite for them one of friendship lessons from the end of the episodes. Or sing ye one of our olde hymns from the dupstep glitchhop era, "daa beee da da bi duuuu Pinkie Pie style!"
Also this is just another image I found as I look through this endless folder of images, never ending. This was posted once on /mlp/ in 2014. Isn't that interesting? No? Fine. I'm halfway through the folder.

When I saw this image I actually believed the posts from Lauren were real for about a minute, and it hurt my faith, my deep religious faith to the Brony cult. But it turned out to only be a test, our glooooorious leader Madam Faust would never say such things about us. And "Sluttershy94" please. So I thought I might test some other people's faith, so that they may come through the trial refined and pure as a ponylover.
Also I have been using /mlp/ mildly for the past few days. After not having used it since the Season 4 era. In reality nothing has changed, in fact it's changed less than anything else on 4chan, Rarifans are still delusional and a blight on the world: the day of the smore comes. Evening Star was a pretty popular creator in the early 2010s he has hundreds of thousands of views. But who he is is not the point, the point is you should never feel embarrassed about pony. I have been going through originally just to find one image (which I still haven't found) but some other funny stuff in there that I forgot about.
It's cool when you are going through and suddenly you see a swarm of screenshots from an episode "oh I guess this episode was airing at the time" or recently I've been going through tons of images about moot and 4chan. I actually forgot about just how horrible moot was in the latter days, the stuff he did.
And maybe one more week I'll be done going through the folder.

That's why I am in support of the neo-brony fandom, even if they make 200k view videos about Trixie being a transexual, and 6 hour long "Season 1 is actually bad " videos, and "Brony retrospective" videos that are inaccurate and Starlight Glimmer generals on /mlp/.

But what you say, I have no idea how many people from the season 2-3 era still use /mlp/. There's people who STILL play WoW who have been playing from very early on. But it's a very small number. People move on. Only the biggest of all losers stay, who never get married or get a proper career or friends. Big stinky losers. Not me of course. Me and Pinkie have been married for years.

Mostly /b/ for the spam. YOu have to realize that spamming /b/ to keep pony in the front page back then was INSANE. An actual feat. I remember posting a thread in 2011 unrelated to pony and it 404's in SIX MINUTES. And those guys managed to coordinate themselves to always keep a pony thread almos 24/7 up on that board, grabbing all the memes that /co/ made and spamming them at eternam with random names.

/co/ was TRYING to have order on it to actually discuss the show but it was hard when the rest of the board hated them for how active they were.

I never partook in the /b/ shitfest but I respect those who did. It was a different breed.
