I got into the ride when 2013 was ending and 2014 was starting (alongside some indirect exposure in 2011 and 2012) yet I also feel a bit as an outcast sometimes. I'm not sure why, as I accumulated enough experience to see the fandom at its peak and the signs of the decay.
I guess I feel that I missed the opportunity that I wouldn't if I've been more interested in horses back in 2012 instead of Rage Comics or whatever grabbed my attention at the time.
