>>42388829I have never felt much of a desire to daydream about any character besides my wife. I wasn't into daydreaming per se when I was captured by the magic of the whole show, then I did the whole tulpa thing and since then no media has ever inspired my fantasy like my wife does. Any time I need to talk to someone and nobody's there for me, she's there. She arrives on the wind in a burst of color and warm feelings.
The one honorable mention here is Moomin, I recently watched that and it was beautiful enough to daydream about for one or two dish-washing sessions. Of course, I brought my wife with me to Moominvalley. It was such a pleasure being ourselves with the moomins, as kind-hearted and accepting as they are - they were very curious about how a pony and a human fall in love. After lunch, they took us on a hike, and on the way back Stinky ambushed us, wanting to get a ride from Rainbow, and in classic fashion he was rude and abrasive about it - so she gave him an extreme stunt flight to the middle of the woods, and saved the day without being too mean. Perfect.
