I need to see pictures of Ponies in sad situations. It's not out of sadism, I get no joy in it. Seeing stuff like this just feels cathartic, it's emotionally relieving. Oddly comforting.

Did you experience trauma, or something? I myself find the thought of being admitted to a hospital comforting because that was time I didn't need to be with my family. Kind of like seeing sad ponies as comforting; it probably stems fro some trauma or other in your childhood.
