>I have exciting news my darling human friend. You no longer have to worry about the cold embrace of death overtaking you. Using magic I spliced phoenix DNA into your body which gives you the same cycle of rebirth as a phoenix. When you get old and die, you’ll be reborn as a small human child, mature and grow old and die, forever and forever. For good measure I used magic to make the process irreversible. Now you can always keep me company with all your silly, human antics and we can laugh and play forever. Oh and don’t thank me it was all Philomena’s idea, after all she provided some of her genetic code for the task.

... And?
Besides, it's spliced in with my mom and dad's DNA, so at most we're sitting around 33% percent shared genetics.
That's only a little more than shared between aunts and nephews. Are you saying you don't want to impregnate Aunty Philo?

You aren't a full phoenix, though, so it's not unreasonable to believe you don't get the perfect form of rebirth, which is probably a blessing as you don't have to deal with knowing you're outliving all of your loved ones or are getting bored.
I'd actually prefer something like Avatar: The Last Airbender/ Link from Zelda.
As in, I can remember stuff from past lives/slash talk to past selves via hypnosis, meditation, or soul magic.
And in the case of Link, no memories are carried over, but skills and abilities remain subconciously.
Cononically, this is actually used to explain why Link is such a badass even when he's a kid. He's a reincarnated soul who has all the martial prowess of his past selves, allowing him to pick up new weapons and master them with ease.
This version of Anon would find relearning things he already learned very natural, so he'd probably be walking and talking faster than a normal baby, and whatever other skills he cultivates over his lives.

>Each version of Anon goes on a coming-of-age journey where they retrace the steps of their previous lives' adventures.
>They travel the kingdom and beyond, having new adventures and experiencing something stronger than Déjà vu as they remember parts of their last lives upon seeing landmarks and locations.
>Once they reach the end, they choose a new spot on the map to add onto the journey, making it a longer pilgrimage for each following incarnation.

It’s simple. Celestia kills you by surprise when you’re 40-55, whenever your body first starts seriously slowing down due to age. Then she has a cute green kid again.

At first she tried to do it quick, clean, and painless, but that got old after a while, so now she kills you a different way each time.
>"Hey, Anon!"
"Ah, what the hell, Mom?! Can't you see I'm taking a bath?!"
>"I can indeed, and *sniff* with quite a lot of epsom salt and oils from the looks of it."
"Well, yeah, it helps sooth the joints, you know? A good soak is just about all that makes the aches go away these days."
>"Aw, my poor colt. Well, don't you worry, I know something that will take all those aches and pains away even better than some salty, smelly water."
"Yeah, what's that?"
>"This!"
>Celestia hovers a toaster out from behind her back and throws it in the tub, frying Anon extra well because of the conductive salts until shorting out.
>A cute little baby floats to the surface a moment later which Celesita picks up and swaddles in the towel Anon had been planning on drying himself off with.
>"Aww, you're always so cute like this, Nonny. And you even smell like lavender right now. Bonus!"

“Yes, but aren’t phoenixes endangered? You could have done great harm to one of the only surviving members of Philomena’s species.”

“Also, I don’t think my body is meant to survive being turned into ashes like a phoenix’s can, so I don’t think I’ll be surviving that either and you probably just made me a fire hazard wherever I go.”

“I mean, Stirrupinsky had to get a pony to play one for that ballet, but this doesn’t mean that ponies or humans can resurrect themselves from ashes or survive being turned into them.”

Similarly, I have fucked philomena to death a few times, cumming in her ashes so that she re-constitutes with my jizz as an ever-increasing percentage of her body-mass. Are you sure you spliced her genes and not mine?

>Philimena becomes a little more human each time, eventually becoming a sexy harpy-girl.
>At this point, she's big enough to take your cock without dying, so it's going to be pretty hard to make her more human than that unless you want to get gruesome.

“Here’s a better idea: how about you make it so Philomena can actually speak in a language that actually consists of words and sentences instead of screeches and roars so that we can actually understand whether this sort of thing was her idea or not or whether you just like harmful animal experimentation.”
