Bard Quest Simulator: A fantasy CYOA: Thead 3
In a world of fantasy and magic, all over the land there are ponies skilled in the arts of combat, magic, and everything in between who seek the thrill of adventure. They usually do so by accepting the quests offered by the honest populace that isn't short of issues for aspiring heroes to solve.

You are one of such courageous ponies. You are a plucky earth pony, and a bard whose songs will magically improve the capabilities of your allies. You are a particular one, though, as you've decided to weave your strongest, most lecherous desires in your music. As a result, your powers can only affect mares, and you can reinforce them in more ways than a usual bard can. Unless noted otherwise, all the companions you'll join on your quests are mares as you specifically seek them out.

After starting your adventure in the town of Meadowburg. You then traveled to Starpoint Keep along Brass Compass, an adventuring unicorn you met in your previous adventures.
After a few more quests there, with your help, Brass Compass passed an exam to become part of the Seekers, an adventurer guild which she was eager to join. You celebrated in the evening and spent the night together. You also used all your magic to grow her during this night.

You wake up the next day between the arms of Brass Compass, who’s now twice your size after your romp of last night.
As a result, you’re still unable to escape the larger mare’s embrace. Trying to wiggle out of her grasp, you fail to not wake her up, and she lazily locks you in a big hug once more, surrounding you with her warmth while she purrs in the delight of sleeping in.
“Last night was wonderful.” You whisper as a good morning. “I’m glad you don’t seem to have regrets about the size either.”
“Mmh…” Brass Compass squeezes you a little tighter against her fur. “I’m trying to focus on the good parts of it, and I must admit hugging my little plush bard is doing wonders for it. I’m surprising myself with how calm I am to be honest. Are you sure you didn’t put a spell on me, Hearty? Aside from the on that made me larger I mean.”
“I’m not sure it counts as a spell...” You reply, accepting your condition and nuzzling the mare’s neck. “But maybe you’re starting to adhere to my artistic vision.”
“Maybe, yeah…” Brass Compass says as she visibly intend to drowse in bed some more, looking you in this activity too as a result.

“I’ve taken a decision about what I want to do next.” Brass Compass announces later, after you came out of bed and while you now share some breakfast. “The next place I will travel to is the capital, Sky Diamond. There’s just too much new spells I want to study, so it will be better to do so in the flesh rather than getting it all mailed to me. Especially since I need to find some magic to deal with this new body too, now.”
“Oh. I see...”
“Ahem. Well, I meant to learn some manner of glamour actually.” She chuckles at your disappointment. “I actually don’t want your efforts to go to waste, Hearty, but I should do something to avoid scaring other ponies with how big I am too. Some illusion magic is what I’m after. Also, I’m not in a hurry to go. I’m probably gonna spend one more day or two in Starpoint Keep at least, and do some more quests while I’m at it.”

>Here are the available quests.

Predator migration
>Client: Warden Autumn Leaf
>A pack of worgs has arrived in the region, probably driven away from the mountains they usually inhabit. Regardless of why they came around here, the beasts are aggressive in their search for a new territory, and for the safety of the community they need to be eliminated or at least driven away. Sightings indicate there’s about half a dozen individuals, with at least three adults.
>Reward: 90 xp, 60 coins
>You'd be attempting this quest along 2 other adventurers: Autumn Leaf the warden and Red Yew the spear bearer
>Expected challenge: medium

Spider extermination
>Client: Intendant Emerald Shine
>A giant spider took residence in one of the abandoned rooms of the prison under the keep. The pony-sized arachnid isn’t aggressive in itself, but it appears she laid eggs, and now her tarantula-sized offspring is running everywhere around the castle. Kill this creature and her brood. Getting the spiders to relocate outside the castle and city would be acceptable too.
>Reward: 50 xp, 100 coins
>You'd be attempting this quest along 2 other adventurers: Chara the fire scion and Scorpion Sting the huntress
>Expected challenge: medium

A dare
>Client: Moonweaver, fae of the night
>Oh adventurers, seekers of thrills and riches, arrogant beyond measure, pathetic tools of inconstancy. Our treaties forbid me to hunt you like I used to, unless you willingly accept to pose as my prey. Therefore I challenge you to a ‘game’. Survive my hunt from dusk to dawn, and my treasure shall be yours. Lose, and you’ll serve as my toys for the coming month. I will not kill you, but aside from that, be ready for anything. Come, fools. Let your greed cloud your judgment once more so your despair may entertain me like in the good old days.
>Reward: 100 xp, 300 coins, choice of fae magic item
>You'd be attempting this quest along 2 other adventurers: Shimmersteel the blade dancer and Boarora the tusked huntress (plus her faithful animal companion)
>Expected challenge: hard

>Brass Compass, Barkmane and Knifepoint are still around. They appreciate you enough you may ask her to go on a quest with you.
One of them would replace any other adventurer partaking in the quest of your choice (unless that adventurer is also the client of the quest)

>You picked the following ability for level 3.
>Toast to reunited friends
>If you've travelled at least once AND completed at least 1 quest without a given mare since the last time you met her, the next time you grow her will cost no mana AND be doubled.

Nice job with the intimate night Hearty and Brass had together Growfag I love it especially of the picture of seeing naked Brass with the juicy crotchboobs of all her glory wish we could've also see the image of them kissing when they were having sex at least it won't be long until we see that and one where the stallion will suck on a giant mare's milky crotchboobs soon I'm excited to see those pictures someday. Furthermore, I like how you made them making out intensely full of powerful emotions, causing Compass to gently push him down as she trying to tightly hold him in a kissing hug enjoying the moment as much and long as possible, the bard feeling her teats on his body as she on her back while he thrusting into her vagina mating press which then turn into missionary position with Brass filling her with all our mana and cum inside her as a bonus so she triple her sizes thanks to the double dose of Ode to perfection which made those two kiss passionately some more with Whispering heart on top of her giving her all his undivided attention of loving the tall mare he has just created for the past couple of days.

Tell Brass Compass that he would like to go with her to Sky Diamond capital and continue going on adventures with her because he enjoys being around her in a party together and admit he wants to love her as his beloved marefriend as he looking forward to have more special intimacy moments like the one they had last night Ask Brass was he good being her first time in bed? Is she happy being with him? and would she like to do again tonight or the next day? After hearing her response embrace her in squeezing snuggle cuddle nuzzle and kiss her luscious lips one more time for a few more minutes before we go get breakfast together.

I vote we go do A Dare quest and replace Boarora with Brass Compass we may need her for that hard job plus it would be good practice for her to learn how to not be afraid dealing with difficult pressures on a dangerous quest. But we should go do that after seeing how the zebra mare Star Flow is doing first to make sure she okay after what happened with the fight against the poison mushroom fae.

Honestly? Want to go to Meadowburg already to test our reunited friends passive and meet Brass Compass there. We can't entirely rely on staying together with Brass to take advantage of frequent travel back and forth to certain locations. That, and to be entirely honest, Brass Compass doesn't scratch the growth itch if she's not willing to grow her body curve-wise and wants to hide it with glamour. We can use one mana to grow Barkmane before leaving, if she wants it. Knifepoint is our second choice if Barkmane doesn't want it.

Tempted to stay and take that dare quest, but it's too risky when we have a rat companion to entertain frequently. Don't think they'd appreciate waiting a whole month of doing nothing while we get played around with. Gotta keep our rat promise.

Hey Growfag there was a typo in part of my comment in my first post the first question it was supposed to say Ask Brass was he okay being her first time in bed? Not was he good being her first time in bed.

Also I forgot to mention this about the second image you show in this thread it very sweet and hot an art of two adventurers sleeping in each other hooves without their clothes on hearty certainly enjoy tasting this unicorn essences with his tongue hehehihi!
>>42587952
Don't worry about Brass she just need a little bit of time to prepare herself when he ask to grow her curves again next time I'm sure she'll come around feeling comfortable to the idea of having bigger assets at somepoint and also the dare quest that's only if we fail in case we mess up badly with the random DC rolling but with our mana boosting it gives us an edge so we still have a chance to come out successfully winning the fae hunting challenge. Only if other anons want to do the hard quest though if a majority vote doesn't think we're ready to do one yet dealing with the easy and medium quests for a while isn't so bad.

I vote for spider extermination. The part about relocating lead me to believe the mother is actually sapient. As for the hunt, way too much risk and why would we want to be hunted?

On a side note, I'd rather do quests, level up, and get more skills than bounce between settlements for cheap growth.

But we'd still do that while traveling as opposed to not having quests? The passive encourages both travel and taking quests while in another location and wastes little time when it literally only involves only one quick travel post and a roll from what we've already seen. It's a waste not to make use of the passive while we adventure. Also, we won't be spamming it either after just one quest, if that's the fear. The economy as is prevents us from wasting too much money when there are valuable items to save up to buy.

You're not sure what you want to do at this point. Going with Brass Compass to the capital is something that's certainly on your list, but you don't have to rush it there. You think she wouldn't mind going back to Meadowburg right away since it's on the path to the capital, and you could meet some of your other friends there. You could even do the trip without Brass Compass, and she'd arrive a day or two after you if she does some more quests around Starpoint Keep like she said she would.

The quests offered here do pick you interest too, especially the one about a dare from a fairy. However, the prospect of defeat does make you think twice about it. Disappearing for a whole month would be really harmful to the friendships you're trying to build, and let's not talk about your rat-friend who would be left on her own. Perhaps this quest about spiders would be more appropriate? There are lower stakes here, but still some good coin and experience to be earned. Decisions, decisions…

One thing you can do for starters is checking on Star Flow. You've been meaning to do that since she got in a bad position during the quest you did together.
Asking around, you hear that the order of the Flowing Hoof uses the training ground of the keep for their morning routine. You walk to the stone castle and find that you're free to get through the gates and beyond the wall. Inside, you quickly see a group of twenty or so zebras, as well as a couple ponies training their barehoof fighting skills. At this hour, they're ordered in four lines and all synchronously repeat the same jumping and bucking motions while an older zebra watches and calls for the next movement in rhythm.
It's easy to spot Star flow in the group, since she's noticeable taller than the rest. She's diligently performing the moves like all of the others, a look of focus on her face.

After a dozen minutes, there seen to be a pause for all the disciples. After bowing in unison to their master, they break their orderly formation. You wave at Star Flow at this point and approach her. She seems a little surprised to see you, but not outright displeased by your presence.
"Hey there!" You greet her. "So I guess this is what the order of the Flowing Hoof is like. You're all very impressive."
"Ahem, thanks." The mare nods at you slightly. "We do this every day to keep everyone in shape and foster discipline among us."
"Say, are you doing alright?" You ask next. "After the adventure we had I mean. It looked to me like you were… quite shaken by the fight against the fae."

"Well…" The muscular mare sighs. "You would be right. Thankfully the fae's poison didn't have any lasting consequences on me, but still, I feel ashamed I got incapacitated so easily. I felt like I was in control on the situation back then, but just one moment later the enemy had we in her grasp. It just went so fast… Anyway, right now I feel like I must work more on the fundamentals, so next time I can either react in time or free myself quickly enough form that kind of trick."

"Are you sure you don't need a change of scenery perhaps?" You offer. "I plan to travel to Sky Diamond, the pony capital, with a friend of mine in the coming days. She just got accepted in the Seekers, a group of adventurers who works with the royal academy to recover and protect history all around the world. Would you like to come with me?"
"Oh, uhm…" The zebra mare shakes her head. "That sounds prestigious, but I will decline your offer, bard. As I said, I still have much to learn here, with the order. I can't abandon my training like this."

You don't think you'll be able to convince Star Flow to leave Starpoint Keep any time soon. There's a chance she might accept to do some quests again though, if you can ease her into the idea.

>What do?

>Chat with Star Flow some more?
>Travel to Meadowburg? (Brass Compass and/or Knifepoint would accept to do the trip with you.)
>Accept Spider extermination?
>Accept A dare? (Barkmane would NOT accept to go on this quest)

I vote to go after spiders. Make sure we have somebody who can speak spider tongues in our group. If Chara and Sting can't, maybe the druid can?
The black fairy quest would only worth it if Moonie agrees to up the ante: if we win, instead of our part of the proposed reward she’ll serve as our maid, compere and confidante for the next month. Add some poetic substantiation to it to make it fey-like, maybe something about money can't buy freedom, only other freedom can. If by any chance she agrees to that, it takes priority over spiders.

Cool we can bring the zebra Knifepoint with us to Meadowburg when we leave Starpoint Keep I say yes to that have knife tag alongside us with brass in tow need to continue connecting with her after all the more the merrier to expand our team. Also let accept the spider extermination with the ponies it already has we can do that one without Brass; instead Compass can help us with the Predator migration quest after this switch Red yew with her and while hearty is busy with the spider problem ask her to find out more about the pack of worgs in her book so she can have counter measures ready to deal with them when we go off to fight or drive them away later in the afternoon.

Tell Star it's not her fault we had no idea the fairy would have tentacles coming out of the mushroom on top of her head. That's the part and pascal of adventure quests its the unknown unpredictable outcome happening out of nowhere unexpectedly we can't account for every possibilities and we never blame her for getting caught so she shouldn't feel guilty, harsh, and ashamed with herself about it too much. It worries us that she feels this way and we don't want one bad quest to cause her to push her fellow adventurers away shutting us out by being distant and cold. Mention that this is the second time this has happened to us we dealt an undead pony guarding a magical lock treasure chest and he suggested using his friend's Brass knowledge to handle the threat carefully, but we took too long to find the right spell to stop it and one of our teammates got injured and as a result she smashed it to pieces with her pickaxe and it didn't came back to life turns out it was a weak product of necromancy so we didn't actually had to take the smart way but brute force, while for this one we nearly had the situation contained using violence yet the fae manage to usher a come back maybe we could've talk things out with her instead of going at her with our hooves. The point he's trying to make is this we adventurers are not always going make the right call to succeed at controlling the outcome of the situation to our favor all the time and that's okay we can learn from those encounters to have new experiences to better ourselves and the most important thing to remember is that when your out in a quest make sure you and your companions come back alive in the end whether or not you get the job done survive and live. Ask how is she enjoying her new beautiful strong body we made for her has it been very helpful to her so far?

"I'm sad to hear that." You tell the buff zebra mare. "But you know, I don't think it's possible to always be in total control of everything. Especially in our line of work. As adventurers, confronting the unexpected is our daily grind after all. Just like the other day, I and some other adventurers were faced with an evil skeleton, and at this moment our mage companion couldn't find her banishing spell fast enough, and so the mean bones took a bite at another one of us. But that didn't stop out party, and when magic couldn't, a hearty swing of a pickaxe brough the undead down. And so the quest was a success in the end! Just like ours. What I mean is… don't feel down because of a single mishap. That happens to everypony, and taking you out of a bad step is what companions are for. Also, once you were cured from the sleep spell back then, you kicked that big fae down better than the rest of us ever could. How are you doing with that new body of yours, by the way? I figured a brawler like you would make the best of my enhancing music."
"Hum, it definitely improved my capacities." Star Flow nods, hardly repressing a proud smile, and then takes a few glances around before whispering the next part to you.
"It's permanent, right?" And after you nod back. "Mh, I wasn't sure at first. Of course, a master of the Flowing Hoof will be a formidable warrior regardless of its size, but at my level at least, this is a huge boost for me. I can't spar with my fellow disciples as usual anymore, not without having to hold my strikes back at least, so the Master offered to train with me while this lasts instead. I feel a little like I've cheated my way through a couple years of physical strengthening, and I plan to make the most of what he teaches me and to be worthy of this chance. I… I should thank you, Hearty. I wouldn't have such an occasion on my hooves without your help."

"This my pleasure." You smile at the bulky zebra. "Anyway, my offer still stands. And even if you don’t want to accompany me on a trip or on a quest, you can always join us for a drink at the tavern tonight. No need to answer me yet. We'll have a spare seat for you."
"Alright then." Star Flow nods. "I'll think about it."
"I hope to see you tonight." You say as you leave.

But before you can taste victory and ale, there's some adventuring work to be done. Namely, spider extermination. How very mundane for your trade to vanquish dangerous creatures for the sake of the local lord.
Brass Compass accepts to accompany you on this by-the-book errand, and you meet the other mare that signed up for it.

"Hey there." The zebra waves at you as you approach "I'm Chara. I'm ready to turn these spiders to ash…" And as she looks up to you very tall friend. "Unless you plan to squish them first maybe? Both will do."

>You may discuss with your companions as you embark on this adventure to get to know them better.

Huh this zebra mare looks cheerful and kinda an eccentric person with a pleasures for theatrics actions this mission will be something also whoa Brass triple body size is a sexy sight to watch maybe she has the same size as the spider mare we'll encounter unless she taller than her and brass is close or half the pony-hyprid spider size when we see her.

Greet her with first name basis. Ask Chara to tell us about herself what made her into a adventurer? What is a fire scion is that a fire mage for zebra? What kind of fire spells can she do? Ask Chara to hold off on picking a fight with the Spider queen for now because the report said she isn't aggressive, so let's avoid provoking her and try talking with her first in negotiating about relocating her children outside the castle we'll only fight if they attack us first and point out the idea to the zebra that we're literally about to walk into a giant spider den filled with hundreds or thousands of tarantula-pony hybrids occupying the castle keep abandoned prison there will be a whole army waiting for us and ready to die protecting their mother from harm. As we're walking ask Brass to look into her book to find anything information that can help us deal with the spider queen in case we have to fight and on how to persuade the queen to move her entire colony so we don't cause genocide to an entire family. If Chara is impressed with our large comrade say that it was our work we have the power to enchant any mare and we can do the same to her if she wants later or if the situation gets desperate and out of control we'll power her up so she can assist Brass in battle against the spiders in equal terms.

"Hello. My name is Whispering Heart, and my big friend here is Brass Compass." You introduce the two of you.
"Pleased to meet you." The big unicorn nods.
"She's a specialist of all magic." You continue. "And I can use the magic of my songs to help you if needed. And what you capable of, if you don't mind me asking?"

"Heehee, what does it look like I can do?" On that, Chara spins on herself in an elegant dance step, and thus creates an arc of fire around her. "Just like you cast magic through your songs, I control fire with my dances. I know ponies aren't used to this way of doing magic, but for zebras, dancing is a traditional way to summon the elements. Mine is fire as you saw."

"Impressive!" You almost want to clap. "However, may I suggest to hold off on using your talents at first? It says in the quest the spider isn't aggressive, so I'm sure there's a way for us to peacefully relocate her and her brood."
"Mh? You think so? Unless you're a druid of some sort, I don't believe spiders can understand diplomacy." Chara shrugs. "But if it doesn't attack us first, I suppose there's no harm in trying. I'll have your back."

As you finish your way towards the town, you ask Brass Compass to search for information about how to handle giant spiders, and she reply she'll try, even if her reference book seldomly treats of animals. You also discuss about what could be the reason for this spider to have taken residence under the keep.
"Merely making a den if you ask me." Chara ponders aloud. "Regular spiders find shelter in regular pony basements, so very big spiders make their homes under very big pony castles. I don't think there's any more to it than that."

You quickly arrive to the office of the intendant. There, you can get a copy of the map of the underground part of the keep as well as the keys for the different doors and cells that you're expected to return at the end of your quest. The giant spider settled in the long-unoccupied dungeons, and the scouts from the guards have narrowed down where the target could be already.

With these instructions in hoof, you walk to the keep and delve into its basement. In the stone corridors, you soon catch glimpses of spiders scurrying away as the light of Chara's spell scares them away. There are also webs of course. Lots of them, with often an arachnid waiting at a corner of it or between some loose bricks. The few you disturb run away in the dark rather than trying to attack you, for now. Brass Compass has to keep her head low the whole time, and her horn catches a number of webs as she advances even like that. While she's a bit annoyed by this, thankfully spiders do not seem to be among what your big companion is particularly afraid of.

Closing in to where the mother should be, the density of webs and of its inhabitants increases, and you're rather confident you've found the mother's den as you come across a particularly dense web, whose strings are an order of magnitude thicker than those you encountered thus far.
This web covers a good half of the corridor's width, including walls and ceiling. It only gets thicker as the funnel of silk goes into an open cell, whose door on the wall is barely visible under the membrane of sticky strands. Scattered on its area, there are many skeletal remains of mice and other small creatures that probably fed the swarm. From the number of those, one infestation may have replaced another, here. There are some 'small', as in, as-big-as-your-hoof spiders awaiting motionless at some spots on the web. You see 4 of them right now, but about as many scurried away as you approached, and who knows how many more await in the darkness.

Squinting your eyes in the dim light, you make out the silhouette of the larger animal lurking in the shadows, inside the cell and down the funnel of silk, the light of Chara's flame reflecting on its many eyes. A spider but as large as a pony, as the reports told. Nigh imperceptibly, you catch those eyes turn slightly towards you, but that's the only movement you catch. Like many spiders do, this one patiently waits for potential prey to make the first move.

You try to charm the spider with a slow rhythm from your instrument, but your target remains completely unphased by it, not budging an inch from its dark hideout.
"Sounds like you're not doing much here." Chara gives you a mocking smirk after a minute of this. "Now it's my turn if you don't mind."

On the cue of a sway of her hips, the flame of the fire mare swells into a mighty fireball, and with a jeté she throws it right at the center of the web. You hear an unequine shriek as the giant spider is hit and as it catches fire immediately. The oversized arachnid frenetically comes out of its hiding place, the whole front of its body ablaze.

You ready yourself to fight it, but the giant spider turns away from you and runs towards the other way of the corridor in sheer panic. However, the creature's web has caught fire too, and in this these dusty dungeons, the flames are swallowing the covered area extremely fast. Worse, the smaller spiders aren't smart enough to avoid the flames, and become just as many little torches scurrying erratically on the walls. Soon the fire spreads even behind you, the smaller cobwebs getting caught in the growing blaze.
"Oops…" Chara embarrassedly grits her teeth "I didn't think fire would be THAT effective."

"Strike the big one down!" You shout to your friends. "It's spreading fire like crazy!"
With a collaborative effort, Chara and Brass Compass shoot blasts of fire and arcane respectively. In the case of the zebra mare, she does so with a little more oomph, as she suddenly grew a foot bigger thanks to your magic. The spider is hit by both spells, mercy killing the creature that collapses on its legs and stops running everywhere.
>You spent two mana to cast Ode to Perfection on Chara

Which means the three of you can now run for your lives instead. Between the smoke and the flames, this dungeon is quickly becoming a deathtrap. Thankfully, you find no large obstacle between you and the exit, and can come out in the open air a minute later and shut the door behind you.
"We must tell the guards!" Brass Compass urges you. "We have to make sure the fire doesn't spread to the whole keep!"

With her naturally long stride, Brass Compass goes out to do so while you and Chara already attempt to assess the damage using your map, and while you do find a couple vents from which smokes erupt, but thankfully the fire doesn't look like it's spreading to any higher floor. While you do so, you can appreciate Chara's new appearance. As she gained size, her body mostly lengthened to a more traditionally elegant shape, not unlike Brass Compass did the first time you cast Ode to Perfection on her too. The zebra mare did get a little more plump in the rump too.

Your unicorn friend comes back shortly after with a hooffull of guards who help you scour the area. All the entrances to the dungeons are tightly closed to snuff out the fire. According to the guardponies, most of the furniture that could have fed the flames was removed a long time ago, so the blaze shouldn't spread much. The worst you find are some fumes coming out of the floor at some points, and in reaction you douse these spots with water you hoisted from the nearby well. After an hour of closely monitoring the keep, the fire seems to have been extinguished completely, leaving only a few blackened stones and a rancid odor in some rooms above the ground. As for the spiders that didn't die down here, the rest must have fled the keep completely. You no longer see any around the castle or in its dungeons.

While you completed the quest, you did make a bit of a mess while doing so, and the intendant pays you a little less than the expected reward for the trouble. The noble pony irritably speaks of a potential full structural inspection being necessary because of the fire, and doesn't seem like he'll negotiate your pay any further.

>You completed the quest!
>You gained 50xp and 80 coins! (20 less than expected)

Even if you're not necessarily done for the day, you decide to take a like break after this adventure and go for some refreshments at the tavern along Chara and Brass Compass.

"A toast to another successful adventure!" You raise your glass of veggie juice. "Even if my music couldn't do much to charm this spider, today. At least, it seems like you appreciate the enhancements from my magic, Chara. How do you like the new body?"
"Well, seeing your big friend I had a few doubts, but it's not bad." She smiles. "Not bad at all! I kinda expected to lose a bit of balance being under that kind of magic, but I'm as nimble as ever. Even with the…" Even on her seat, the larger mare can bump into you with her now meatier rump, pushing you a couple inches away. "…special treatment you gave my derriere. You have some funny definition of an 'enhancing' spell, Hearty."

"W-well, aesthetic sense is what powers my music, and therefore my magic." You explain, which is no lie after all. "But more importantly, I'm very interested in your dancing and how you cast magic with it. Where did you learn that? Did you choose fire as an element or was it determined in some way?"
"Like I said, it's a traditional way for zebras to wield the elements. I learned it back at the capital. I mean, back in the zebra lands, years ago." Chara explains. "As for why I'm a scion of fire in particular, it's a bit of both things you said actually. Nothing stops you from learning how to wield more than one element, but the moves and mindset are very different for each of them. Most scions specialize in the one element they are the more attuned with personality-wise as a result, but for example my teacher had mastered the dances of fire, wind, water, sand and earth. As for why I dance with fire, it's just that it's the element I'm more in tune with. Wild, uncontrollable, alluring and bursting with energy, these are my kind of moves!"

"Fascinating!" You react. "So you’re not just a battle mage, but also a skilled artist."
"Indeed!" Chara proudly nods. "Scions are both elite entertainers and warriors. I can withhold my burn from hurting bystanders when I dance if that was your question."

“I would love to perform with you, then!” You excitedly tell the zebra. “Let us display our joined talents at the tavern tonight!”
“Heehee.” She smirks at you. “So you wanna see that rump shake so badly, huh?”
“Well…” She’s more on point that you’d like. “That would be the result of our cooperation already in action, in a way, so…”
“Oh, don’t you worry.” Chara performs a sensual arch of her back while spinning on her stool. “I do’nt mind. Ogle me if my beauty commands you. And I have no qualm against turning the heat on tonight either. Just make sure you have a hot enough tune to match.”

"Will do!” You nod with a smile, looking forward to it.

Our next destination is Meadowburg, but we eventually plan to reach Sky Diamond, the capital. Would you you be interested in joining us for such a trip?"
"Mmh?" Chara’s eyes go a bit wider at your offer at first, but then she welcomes it with a smile. "You know what? That sounds like a good idea. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do since I moved here, after the rebellion. Maybe it’s time I visited more of the pony lands. If all ponies like my moves as much as you do, Hearty, this trip is sure to be fantastic!"

A bit early but invite the mares that we know for one last day at the tavern before we head off and leave to Meadowburg.
If we are going to quest, then the bandit attack is our best bet. Does our rat companion have any tracking abilities? If so, replace Longsight with Chara, if not, replace Sturdy with Chara.

Regardless, if we find ourselves alone with Chara that isn't within earshot of Brass, tease her lightly that we didn't know she wanted to sensually dance with such a large bouncy flank. Clarify to her that the spell we used not only grows a mare, but also gradually gives them their desired body type. It wasn't merely our choice on the matter, because if it was, we would've also loved nothing more than to see her also dance with a newly acquired bra as it threatens to slip.

There still plenty of daylight left to go on one more quest. Save the invites for all the mares we know for celebration once it's Sundown. Let's take on a simple job: a bandit attack will do nicely and shall we replace Longsight the scout with Chara the fire scion; her fire will certainly make short work of the bandits, plus Hilda the rat can easily scout out our targets without drawing attention to herself allowing us to prepare a preemptive strike against them in a surprise ambush.

“The day’s still far from over.” You say to Chara. “How about we go kick some bandit butts? I saw a quest about something like that.”
“Hey, why not?” She nods. “I feel like I’ve yet to show you the really power of my dances. Mere bandits won’t start burning the whole forest down when I hit them, right? I’m ready when you are.”
“Then let’s not waste any time. Also, I’ve got a little friend than I think will help us for this one. Hilda?” You open you bag and the rodent pokes her head out of it. “We’re out to go catch some bandits that stole from a traveling merchant. Do you think you could help us find them?”
“Piece of cheese!” She readily replies. “If they got only a single coin on them I’ll easily sniff these ruffians out through these boring woods, and it’ll be even easier if that merchant can tell me what they stole exactly. Them bandits might as well be begging us for mercy already!”

“Your pet looks like it’s up for the task.” Chara comments, probably picking up from the rodent’s expressions.
“Ahem, she’s more like my partner, actually. Or my rat-friend you could say.” You tell Chara, prompted by Hilda who urged you to ‘Correct the fire wench this instant’.
“Her name is Hilda.” You add. “She’s... pleased to meet you.”
“Then I’m glad to meet you too, Hilda!” Chara smiles. “You’re Hearty’s most adorable friend I met.”
Hilda seems ready to berate you for putting words in her mouth, but the flattery from the zebra mare is enough to dissuade her to do so for now.

“By the way.” You start once you’ve parted ways with Brass Compass. “My magic didn’t make your shape more to my liking. On the contrary, it is your desires that influenced the shape your body changed into. My spell for you closer from your own ideal body, not mine.”
“Mh? So that’s how it works?” Chara smirks. “It’s a bit of a pity. I though your way of improving my looks just happened to match my idea of it. The thing is that I enjoy the thought of making stallions lose their minds at the mere sight of my body, but, could it be that I am delusional about what’s a killer body?”
On this, the already tall mare rears up to sway her bountiful hips in front of you. She then turn around to repeat the same move, which has your eyes glued on her plump buttocks jiggling enticingly less than a foot away from your face.
“Oh, I think I’m quite spot on actually…” Chara seems satisfied by her demonstration. “If you happen to use your magic again, we’ll probably see more of what you desire in a mare, Hearty.”

Introduce each other and ask for her name. We can grow others, and Chara here can cast fire with her dance. Ask what she's capable of, even if her weapon makes pretty clear what it is. Let's see and ask the merchant on what they stole specifically so Hilda can track them down easily.

A little disappointed we didn't throw the hint on Chara on growing teats as well. Want to ask her if if she can grow her body in both ways, rather than just relying solely on that flank, if we happen to cast ode to perfection on her again during this quest. (If we regain another mana from completing this quest, it means we'll get another opportunity to cast it before we travel.)

Ask Chara if she moved from the zebra capital to Starpoint when the rebellion was over did she came here alone or with any family or friends? What was her journey like rough, lonely, or exciting? If she were to get mad would that cause her powers to become unstable and cause a supernova burning the surrounding area? Has she ever been in a situation where her fire suddenly stop working and fail to come out in her dancing? Whisper to Chara what made her like the idea of wanting stallions to lose their minds if they take a glance looking and ogle her body and mention to her that we don't despise her big flanks it's actually one of the things we enjoy seeing a mare benefiting from our power combined with her being taller so we can embrace and feel more of her body in snuggling hugs or intimacy interactions and having enormous voluptuous teats that sensitive enough to leak out milk which allow us to satisfy a mare's pleasures in a more desirable way? Ask Sturdy Sprout what is a flower warrior? Why she wanted to be a fighter? Is that a real lotus flower in her hair or is it an beauty accessory? Where did she get her armor from a store or did she have it custom made by her own hooves? Did someone train her or did she self taught herself how to fight? Can her weapon cause powerful shockwaves upon impact smashing the ground? Ask how does she want us to stop the bandits when we find them engage in a frontal assault, catch them in a trap, sneak attack, or one of us be a decoy diversion to distract the enemy while the others flank them from behind to catch them off guard allowing us to entrap and strike hard in a coordinated pincer attack?

“Hello there!” You wave in return. “My mane is Whispering Heart, but you can call me Hearty. To help us fight these outlaws, I can use my music to make you larger and stronger."
“And my name is Chara. Pleased to meet you.” And as the zebra summons a little flame in her raised hoof. “I’ll make short work of these thieves if they don’t surrender.”

“Good.” The mare in armor nods. “I am Strong Sprout. I am a flower warrior.”
“And... what’s a flower warrior exactly?” You ask.
“It’s a warrior with a flower.” Strong Sprout replies with a smile, pointing at the one on her head. “Like that.”

“So this is a real one, right? I wasn’t sure you were aware of it. There IS a flower growing on your head.”
“Yes, I know! Isn't it nice?” The elf mare grins, as though she was particularly happy you pointed out this fact.
There’s a short awkward silence after this strange bit of dialogue, but Strong Sprout doesn't look offended.

You then go meet the client and ask for some more details. In addition to where the merchant was attacked in particular, you can learn that the thieves took some spice she transported and Hilda is confident she’ll be able to sniff out the culprits as she’s presented a sample of the product in question. You leave for the forest shortly after, making sure to take some rope with you to physically bring the thugs to justice if you can.

“Say, I meant to ask…” You ask Chara along the way. “…if you truly wish for a body to enthrall any and all stallions when you dance, shouldn’t you wish for some larger teats too?”
“Direct, are we now, Hearty? Sounds like I am not your dream body after all.” The zebra mare shows you a mischievous smirk. “But, aren’t you a greedy one? Aren’t a pair of perfectly sculpted flanks enough for you? Because let me tell you, as far as I’m concerned, large teats are the nightmare of any dancer. Unlike buttocks, there’s not an ounce of muscle under to hold some tanks in place, and then, when you move the skin gets so stressed that large-teattied scions find themselves with granny-like saggers in a matter of years! That, or you have to constrain yourself like crazy, with a bra that digs in your skin and scratches your coat after only minutes of performing. So, no, really. At the time, I’ve heard too much horror stories about huge teats. I’ll give it to you there are some mares that make it work, yes. I’ve seen some water scions whose moves had my eyes bobbing up and down along their swaying bosoms, but first, these mares perform more ample and slower moves than those I practice, and second, they only had the bare minimum thickness to their glutes to compensate. Because there’s also this: if you’re loaded both in the front and in the back of your rump, the curves at the scale of your body are ruined and you end up just looking fat from all angles! So my take is that you gotta choose.”

There, Chara gives a big smack on her derriere with a hoof, demonstrating the jiggling potential of it once more. “And since your spell gave me the choice, I picked one big, strong and aesthetically round butt!”

“Woah…” You chuckle. “I didn’t expect you to have such a clear-cut opinion on the matter.”
“What can I say?” Chara shrug. “I’ve heard enough colts rave about the water scions back in the day. They were the ones with the lesser taste, we agreed on.”

“You and your friends you mean?” You ask. “Did any of them make the trip to Starpoint Keep with you? How was that trip by the way? I know pretty much all zebras here arrived about four years ago.”
“Well…” The zebra mare breathes out a heavy sigh. “No. I traveled here with an uncle of mine, but… I’m not aware of other scions that made it. Most scions fought against the rebellion, and the enemy was ruthless. And about the trip... there was nothing nice about that trip. My memories of it feel hazy, now, like a bad dream. We were all lost and broken at the time, unsure that we could even have a future at all. We went forward because we had no choice.”
You want to ask about her family, but the fact she traveled with an uncle is probably telling enough already.

“But today it’s all better, right?” Strong Sprout speaks up. “It’s even the good season right now. There are pretty flowers everywhere.”
“Oh, uhm… yes. Thanks.” Chara nods. “Those are some bad memories, but yes, we have a new home now.”

“And what about you, Strong Sprout?” You turn the mare under the flower. “Why did you want to become a warrior?”
“I don’t want to be a warrior.” The elf mare bluntly replies. “I have to. Or else I could not survive the winter. I cannot sleep the hard times away, so I have to know how to fight. Also, it is terrible when others have a hard time if you can do nothing about it. So not being a warrior would end up being worse than being one.”

“That’s… one way to look at things.” You nod. “Did somepony train you?”
“Hum.” Strong Sprout nods. “My Auntie did. Every winter since I was very young, I spent in the forest, fighting for survival with her.”
“You make it sound…” Strong Sprout keeps her content smile as she recalls her past, despite how dire she makes it sound. “I mean, is this auntie the one who made this armor? Or taught you to smith one?”
“No. I bought it.” Sprout proudly clanks her hoof against her chest. “It is ugly, but it keeps me safe.”

“And how do you think we should take on these bandits?” You ask next. “Sneak on them? Make a decoy of some sort? Just fight them head on?”

“Striking before we are noticed is the always safest way.” She replies. “But if we must, we will fight head on."
"Then I trust you to hit them hard!" You encourage her. "I bet your thunderous strikes will send shockwaves through the earth when you unleash your fury!"
"Oh, uhm…" Strong Sprout nods a little confusedly. "These bandits will sure feel like I did that thing you said when I hit them. Right."

"I've been meaning to ask." You turn you attention back to Chara after this. "Does your fire sometimes go out of control? Like, if you get really, angry, would that trigger an explosion of some sort? Or on the contrary, has it evet happened that you could have any flame come out because of some reason?"
"How rude!" Chara scoffs, mostly jokingly. Mostly. "Would you spontaneously ask a bowmare how often she shoots allies in the back? Or how often does a wizard run out of spells? I'm a scion you can trust thank you… Alright, if those critters back in the dungeon didn't aimlessly start running while ablaze, there wouldn't have been any issue. But that's the exception, okay?"
"Come on, don't take it like that." You keep your smile. "I was just curious since it seems like your magic is tied to emotion, not unlike like mine."
"Well, if you want the facts, no that doesn’t happen." Chara calms down. "You still have to weave your emotions into something, so I don't literally 'explode' in anger…" She smirks. "Unless I want to, of course. Remember not to push your luck, Hearty."

Talking aside, you’re getting rather close to where the mugging took place, so it’s high time you settled on a course of action.

Well Chara explains to us her reasons why she doesn't want huge teats it will be a liability to her skills as a dancer and make her feel uncomfortable. As for Brass she says she not sure about that but who knows she might be open up to the idea of wanting wider tits soon. Although, this also means that not every mare who hearty picks as a potential lover to be a part of his harem would want the same changes to their bodies some want big flanks, some just want to be taller, some want the sexy voluptuous milky crotchboobs curves, and some who actually wants two or all of the above the entire package deal. Regardless, hearty will still accept and love them all for what they specifically want their ideal dream body form to be as after all the colt can't always make it about himself with his own wants and needs, but his beloved marefriends' wants and needs too. However, on the bright side the one thing the mares will all have in common when the stallion use his powers on them is his spell will turn the mares more prettier and beautiful versions of themselves.

Next, I want to choose A so we can trick the bandits in the art of misdirection, but B will allow us the elements of surprise and it will be a teamwork effort since Hilda is a part of the team too, C though that show we don't have much faith in our rat partner and rather do things ourselves all and all B sounds like the best idea to stop the bandits in their tracks we need everyone involved in this mission strength in numbers.

Once more, Hilda does wonders at her job. After half an hour on her mission, your rat-friend comes back to tell you about the position of the bandits.

You can approach them stealthily, using the undergrowth to cover yourselves, including the larger mare among you. There's three of them. Two ponies are sitting near their tent under which you see stashes of bags and crates. Meanwhile, a pegasus keeps watch at the top of a nearby tree, camouflaged by branches. It is thankful that Hilda could inform you about that one too.

Strong Sprout approaches carefully, well, as much as her metal armor allows her. And in the end she cannot make it close enough to strike any of the bandits right away, but they jump in a bit of a panic as they realize an opponent in heavy armor appear a few feet away from them.
While the flower warrior engages the two bandits, Chara sends a fireball at the pegasus who can't even catch his bow when he jumps off his hideout. Meanwhile, one of the bandits on the ground notches and arrow with his bow, and while Strong Sprout was gaining the advantage against his fellow thug, this one turns his eyes to you at the last second and you don't react in time avoid the projectile.

You grunt in pain and collapse as you're hit in the leg, a searing pain radiating through you.
"Hearty!" Strong Sprout calls towards you, and in this moment of distraction the other bandit shoves the flower mare on the ground. Rather than counter attacking, though, the three bandits rush to their tent and take some sacks before running away. You're of course in no condition to go after them, and your companions prioritize looking after you too. There will be little chance to find them again after this.

"Are you okay, Hearty?" Chara approaches you, visibly unsure of how to react. "Can you hear me?"
"Yeah... My ears are okay." You try to put yourself on your side in a way that'll hurt less. "Some parts of me, not so much."
"Eh, you will make it." Strong Spout says with a reassuringly relaxed smile. "You have some spare coins, right? If we get you to a healer, you'll be patched up by tomorrow."

The elf in armor ponders for a second, appraising the situation.
"Can you check if the bandits had any supplies in their tents, Chara?" She asks. "I'm not sure yet if we should pull that arrow out. That will depend on how good of a bandage we can make."

While the zebra mare goes for the tent, Strong Sprout examines your wound and start cleaning it, a rivulet of blood still coming out of it. Since Chara comes back with actual bandages from the bandits' stash, the elf mare declares it would be better to take the arrow out. While Chara holds you, Strong Sprout puts one hoof on your injured leg, another on the ground, and takes the arrow in her mouth. After making sure you have a piece of cloth to bite on, the mare stalwartly pulls the projectile out of your flesh. You almost do not cry, and after some more cleaning and tightly wrapping up the top of your leg, you're ready to be carried back to Starpoint Keep.
Strong Sprout spontaneously pull you on her back at first, but after a while the larger zebra mare insists on taking her share of the bardic burden. This marks the first time in your life that's you're displeased by the sensual sway of the hips of a mare.

After a painful voyage, you can visit a healer to get some proper care. As Strong Sprout told you, he announces that his salves will have you healed by the next day, in addition to numbing the pain immediately. While you were getting stitched up, your friends visited the client. He wishes you well, and gave you a fraction of the reward since you could at least bring a part of his stuff back that you got from what the bandits left behind. At least that will cover your medical expenses.

One thing for sure before we start celebrating Brass will be worry about hearty getting hurt like that and hug him showing her concerns for him. Shame Hearty won't be able to mate with her or with Chara tonight he'll have to wait until tomorrow, but even though he can't have sex he can still play music, buff her up with more mana, have a slow dance with her, and kiss the zebra mare at least.

"Sorry about earlier." You tell you rat-friend first. "You brought us to the bandits, but because of me we couldn't catch them."
"Humf! A most embarrassing display indeed!" The rodent comments with a frown. "You were just standing there and took the shot. What happened to your countermeasures? You should have made the one in plate large enough to have a wall to hide behind. Anyway, we're fortunate you ponies have efficient medicine, because the real embarrassing thing would have been for you to get yourself killed. Who would carry my hard-earned cheese money if not you, huh? Please be mindful of that, okay Hearty? Please…"
"Mmh. I'll be more careful." You allow yourself a quick pet on Hilda's head after seeing her expression soften by the end of her berating.

The best way to leave this misadventure behind shall be to drown it in booze and friends! You can gather many of the mares you've adventured with in Starpoint Keep. Chara and Strong Sprout join you for the evening, and you can find Knifepoint and Barkmane easily enough. Even Star Flow eventually shows up.
And of course, there's Brass Compass. The huge unicorn looks rather worried that you got hurt, but you manage to reassure her by reminding her that this is all part of an adventurer's life, and showing that you got adequate treatment. You promise your friend that you'll be more careful too, and in turn she says she wished she'd have come with you to that quest.

Once you're all seated, you toast with your friends start drinking.
"Isn't the evening lovely?" You start by talking with Chara. "A shame about that quest. I guess we'll have to be better next time… or maybe just bigger. Say, Chara, what would you say if I used my magic on you again?"
"Another boost of size? Hearty, are you sure this is reasonable?" The zebra mare smirks. "I mean, I'm down for it, but you might just reopen your wound from your blood pressure alone."
"The doctor advised me to keep away from exercising tonight, but just playing some music shouldn't be an issue." You shrug. "In fact, I'm sure it'll help me feel better."
"In that case, I'll certainly show some moves this evening." Chara replies. "If you plan to add your music to the performance, I'll let you decide at this moment whether you feel like an even bigger me would be more aesthetically pleasing."

Chat with the entire group after Chara stunning and dazzling fiery dancing performance moving with the sounds from Hearty magical music. Congratulate Chara and stated how fascinating entertaining he enjoys seeing her sway and swish her giant sculpted flanks with her tall flexible body like that he couldn't take his eyes off her it was rather an alluring scene to watch from the show she had put on and Ask Chara what did she think of their magical duet together and would she be interested in having a private dance with him alone tomorrow night once he's completely recovered the next day? Ask how Star flow training with her master coming along did she learned any new skills and did she managed to beat him in combat? Ask what did Brass compass, Knifepoint, and Barkmane do to spend their day did either one of them do any quests from the tavern, learn a new skill or spell, shopping, or find a fun event to do in Starpoint Keep? Ask if Strong sprout is okay about what happened with the bandits if not reassure we don't blame her it was our own fault for dropping our guard like that and not preparing ourselves to jump out of the way or attempting to parry the incoming arrow? Ask Hilda if she would like us to try using our magic on her to see if it will have any effects on her body and ask if he didn't survive the attack what woulda she done next?

After recounting your misadventure of the day to those that had yet to hear it, you ask them about their own day. Brass Compass did some shopping, and she brought some honey pastries she plans to send to her parents. She also got herself a book on zebra magic and enchants that she started reading. Star Flow trained for most of the day, and did spar with her master. As for beating him…
"100 hundred years too early, Master says as a joke when a disciple wants a duel." The zebra mare shakes her head. "But frankly, when I get to see his moves, I wonder that a century might not even be enough to catch up. He strikes hard enough to shatter rock, and so swiftly my eyes can barely keep up when he goes at his fullest. And most importantly, he has this piercing gaze, as though he knew exactly the move you meant to make before you even think about it yourself. Aven as big as I am, I don't think I could even make him break a sweat at my level."
Star Flow clearly has a deep admiration for this stallion, and you wonder if this might have her exaggerate his strength.
Regardless, Barkmane tells you she spent the day helping her father with a pet project of him. They're building an apiary in the woods together. Strong Sprout reacts by enthusiastically asking if she could visit. The flower warrior seemingly loves bees very much, and would love to drop by during her usual morning walk in the woods. Finally, Knifepoint evasively says she just spent the day 'chilling'.

You then chat with your friends about their plans for the future, and whether they intend to stay in Starpoint Keep. Star Flow and Barkmane don't want to leave yet, for reasons they already told you about. Star Flow wishes to keep training herself while Barkmane simply enjoys her life here. Chara and Brass Compass will travel with you, first to Meadowburg and eventually to the capital. Brass Compass excitedly shares her parents' description of the royal academy and of the headquarters of the Seekers which she's looking forward to see in the flesh. Chara is warming up to the idea too, bragging on how the pony dancers probably won't hold a candle to her fiery moves, and that she might get famous in no time. Knifepoint doesn’t have any plan for now, but hearing the others speak about traveling makes her contemplate the idea. She says she might go to a bigger city eventually too, where she'd hope to make more coins. Similarly, Strong Sprout has yet to make any decision, but this talk is making her wonder if she should visit her aunt who lives in the north, apparently.

"By the way, I hope you're not feeling bad about the fight against the bandits from earlier." You lean forward to see the flower warrior at the other end of the table. "I made you worry too much already I think, so I'd hate it if you felt bad about that encounter while I'm the one that was careless."
Growfag No.42629692 [Report] >>42629700
>>42629688
"We picked a fight and you got injured." Strong Sprout shrugs, looking unaffected. "It happens. You seem alright right now, so all is well."
The elf mare is very calm about it, to the point you feel slightly offended. You were almost killed after all!

"Say…" You turn your angst toward the rodent who's covering the inside of your satchel with cheese cracker crumbs. "It was really close today. I'm worried of what would happen if I weren't here anymore. What would happen to you? What would you do, Hilda?"
"I didn't know you had such a demoralizing side to you." The rodent frowns in reaction. "I do not particularly like it. You can keep that part of you hidden like you did thus far. Though, if that can help you be at peace, I'd probably stay with whatever companion you broke the ice with for me. It's really handy to have you get me past the rats-are-pests stage with the help of your mastery of the pony language. Eventually, I'd probably sneak on a carriage to travel back to Meadowburg and announce your demise to Ratchel. Oh… just thinking about it made me sad… The point is that you should try very hard not to die, Hearty."
"Yeah, sorry, that's a better option of course." You nod.

And speaking of living a bard's life, you believe Chara is about to start dancing. As promised, you start playing your instrument with a fast and energetic tune while the zebra mare confidently takes the direction of a spot in the tavern where you may all see her.
Her silhouette crowned with the sunset, Chara stars a quick-paced and sensual dance that has her rear and twist and spin along your music. It then gets better, as Chara gets bigger. And so does her rump, to the point her pants are stretched to a silly point, and the zebra mare tosses them aside along a few dexterous moves. Chara's now bare ass jiggles even more along her moves, displaying a little after-choreography of their own, half a time after each step.
Growfag No.42629700 [Report] >>42629946 >>42630050 >>42630775 >>42630822
>>42629692
Chara then adds her magic to the performance, a trio of fireballs appearing to orbit her on her command. The mare plays with fire in front of your eyes, quite expertly so. For a few seconds you even forget the sexy component of the dance as you marvel at the mare juggling the flames on her hooves or making the balls roll along a wave of her arms and back. But you're reminded of it quickly enough, as the mare then bounces the fireballs off her butt, all while theatrically presenting the audience a faux-outraged pout.
Chara finishes her performances after few more spins, earning her the ecstatic applause of your group and of many other patrons and passers-by who caught a glimpse of the fiery mare.

"I think we're on the same page you and me, aesthetically speaking." Chara comments as she sits near you again, her seat now creaking much louder under a rump that can no longer help but to rub against yours. "Oh, I think I will enjoy this trip with you, Hearty. At this rate, the show I might give at Sky Diamond might end up being the biggest one in the history of ponykind."
"Sounds like I should book my seat already." You smile back, tastefully crossing your legs to hide your enthusiasm. "Because this is exactly the kind of project I had in mind when I learn my spells."

You share a couple more drinks and toast to the success of your musical collaboration. As night gradually falls outside, you move on to other topics.
"Say, I've meant to ask." You turn to your whiskered partner. "Would you like me to use my magic on you, Hilda? And to make you bigger?"
"On me?" The rodent cocks an eyebrow. "Would that even work? Well, in all cases, no thank you. I wouldn't nearly be half as efficient in my trade if I were bigger, and let's not even talk about how my buttocks clapping with every step like the ones of the fire wench would be the end of my flawless stealthiness." But then Hilda seems to give it more thought, and soon doesn't sound so opposed to the idea. "Unless… Maybe if you could make me, like, WAY bigger. See, it would be another story if I could be the large one among ponies for once and replace the sleuthing with some smashing! I bet you would all finally show the due respect to my form. And don't worry, I would carry you just like you carried me. If our roles were reversed, I would not forget your diligence, and abide the rules of bigness oblige."
The truth is that you can't know whether trying to grow Hilda will work without trying. Ratchel told you at the time that 'there is a lot of pony in Hilda', which made you consider that it would be possible at all. Anyway, your magic just wouldn't work and you wouldn't spend any mana if you tried and that your magic ended up having no effect.

You'll keep off trying to grow Hilda for now, but you can change your mind at any time. Maybe if you can find a way to grow her more in one go?

"Hey, Knifepoint." You call the hooded mare. "How about making the trip to the capital with us? It'll be more fun the more of us there is."
"Mmh…" She ponders for a few seconds, but eventually shakes her head. "No thanks. I'm not a fan of travelling parties. I think that if I'm gonna move, it's gonna be on my own. Who knows? Maybe you'll find me at Sky Diamond when you get there."
"That's a shame. You know, my magic doesn't only work on Chara. If you want to have some more strength to throw around… or more seductive power, I could help you with that."
"Again, no thanks, Hearty." The mare replies. "I'm not in a position where I want to catch a lot of attention. For now, at least."

"And what about you, Star Flow?" You ask the zebra fighter next. "What are your plans for tomorrow?"
"Tomorrow is chore day." The fighter mare replies. "After the morning routine we're gonna take care of cleaning our estate, do the laundry and run some errands. That probably doesn't sound very exciting, but that is a part of our discipline."
"Will that discipline prevent you from drinking with us again in the evening?"
"No, I wouldn't mind joining you." She smiles. "But weren't you talking about leaving the city?"
"Well... I'm not sure yet if it'll be tomorrow or not. I'll make sure to come and say goodbye when we do leave the city."

You drink some more as the evening goes on, and then a bit more again, to the point your vision starts to go blurry. At this instant, you can't refrain from taking the mass or mare ass next to you in a big old hug.
"Oh, Chara…" You rave. "This body of yours is making me go crazy. If it wasn't for this pesky injury, I'd ask you to dance for me, and to slam your so beautiful rear onto me. Surely tomorrow we can-."
"Well, aren't you a bold little fan of me, now…?" The mare cuts your speech and pushes you away with a firm boop on your snoot. "Sorry, Hearty. You can watch, you can touch within what I'll allow, but I'm not yours to play with. Back at home, scions were part of the elite, with nobles and even princes competing for their favors. And I'll let you know that I'm very fond of traditional courtship, Hearty, and I believe it's not very different between zebras and ponies. So? Where are the flowers?" "W-well, in the chapter of presents, my magic has helped you achieved a body many times more magnificent in a single day." You try to argue.
"Hah! You wanna tip the scales with your adventurer skills? Should I charge for every fireball I cast too? Come on Hearty, you can do better than that. But don't worry, I find your clumsy adoration entertaining, and a testament to how mesmerizing I am, so I'm not turned off by it. But you better prepare yourself to be a real gentlecolt with me if you wanna be more than an adventuring partner, and fortunately a trip to a capital shall give you plenty of occasions to do so."

You feel immensely disappointed, and on top of it you hear some snickering around the table. Dejected, you fall back to Brass Compass, who accepts to smother your sorrow in a nice, comforting big hug that endures to the bed you then share.
"Say, is it okay with you?" You'll dimly remember having this conversation with Brass Compass, nestled against the warm fluff of her chest in a bed. "The larger thing… the larger scope of our relation I mean. I'm… I just want to love all the mares. And to make all the mares the big mares. I… I didn't exactly say it even back when we, uh, when we had this wonderful night together."
"Well, I had it pretty much figured it out." Brass Compass gently caresses your mane. "You're quite open about your desires, Hearty, so you don't need to worry about me. I'm aware of what you want, and I'm fine with the nature of what we share. I'm content to have you by my size when it happens, even if I can't squeeze my little bard as much as I'd like right now."
"You're amazing, Brass Compass." You kiss the mare on the neck. Probably. The point is that you kiss that nice part of her that's next to you until you fall asleep.

You wake up the next day, ready for adventure. As the healer told you, your injury is now but a bad memory thanks to his magic-infused ointment.

Here are the available quests

Lost treasure?
>Client: Curious guard
>Recently, we found an old journal from a soldier in the keep. It says he buried some 'prized belongings' of his somewhere in the forest and even left a map to find it! The captain says this is a load of rubbish, but I'd pay good coins to discover if any of this is true. Bring whatever your find there! However, the map does mention the treasure to be near 'the estate of the ent-mare'.
>Reward: 50 xp, 100 coins
>You'd be attempting this quest along 2 other adventurers: Longsight the scout and Pine Chopper the axemare.

Okay Chara wants hearty to do the traditional courtship with her if he want to get a taste of her she got dignity and principles right there at least no stallion claimed and mated with her, so she'll give him a chance to do that just got to time our chances with working it up her when the opportunity rises in Meadowburg or Sky Diamond capital. On the bright side, Brass Compass is okay with sharing us just like Board the lazy warrior hope we get the option for hearty to do a threesome someday where he makes love to two mares in bed with him and by the end of the lewd intimacy he sleeping in the middle of the bed with both mares cuddling him one on his left side and the other on his right side in a three-way sided needy embrace. As for Knifepoint, I can respect that she wants to find her own way and be independent for a while so she on standby until further notice we'll get her next time. Star flow, Strong sprout, and Barkmane we're gonna need to put more effort with them in order to get anywhere like inviting them to quests or doing quests that has them in it, use our magic more to influence the mares into his grasp, or just simply spend time with them and help them with their problems.

Now then I say we go out and grind for more exp and money since the last one was a bust I vote for the predator migration quest and bring Brass along for the task she said she shopped a book on zebra magic and enchantment; which she got a headstart reading yesterday, so combined that with her triple pony size and bountiful knowledge from her magic reference book she'll be a huge asset to help protect us from the pack of worgs and solve the problem with our client Autumn leaf to decide whether or not we should destroy them or drive them away from this kingdom.

For now, you join the client who will also be accompanying you for this quest.
"Hello adventurers." The mare politely waves as you approach. "I'm Autumn Leaf. Glad you decided to join me for this job and to have…" She looks up at Brass Compass. "…some Big help with these worgs."

Tell her our names and mention our abilities made our partner bigger which we can apply to her if she needs help getting out of a jam with an ace in the hole. Next ask her has she been protecting Starpoint Keep against threats like this for a while or long time? Does she have any hobbies? Has she lived here in Starpoint all her life? What do they know about these worgs are they hostile when they encounter ponies? What brought the worgs away from the mountains? When the worgs are on the move are they're hunting methods predictable or unpredictable? How do we stop them take out the packs leader and the rest should scatter, kill them all, or safety relocate them away from the town's citizens?

You introduce yourself and your friend, and tell Autum Leaf about your abilities. The mare doesn't seem opposed to the idea of being larger to fight against beasts.

"Aren't we the perfect adventuring party, now?" You note as you start to leave for the forest. "Pegasus, Earth pony and Unicorn ready to take on vicious beasts together! What were the odds of that trio?"
"Pretty low in a city rebuilt by zebras." Brass Compass shows you a confused frown. "But I mean, our party wouldn't be any less perfect if we had an elf or a zebra companion of course."
"Well…" You realize both mares are giving you a rather awkward look, and thus decide to quickly change the subject. "Yes! O-of course! Hey, Autumn Leaf, what brought you to this town? Did you arrive at the same time as the zebras? Or did you grow around these parts and move in the city when it was rebuilt maybe?"

"Not exactly." The pegasus mare chuckles. "I had already spent some time at Starpoint Keep, but that was twelve years ago when I was part of the garrison at the end of the fae war. Otherwise, I grew up in Silver Heights until I joined the army. Three years ago, I heard there was a position as a warden open here, so since I planned to settle down I accepted the offer. The fact I already knew the area helped me a lot to get this job, and so here I am."
"So you're been protecting Starpoint Keep from beasts for three years then?" You recall that Silver Heights is a city mostly inhabited by Pegasi, quite a lot further north in the mountains. "And what do you do in your free time, when you're not on duty? Any hobbies maybe?"
"Well, I…" She seems hesitant. "I should probably find myself some new activities to tell you the truth. I could use a bit of distraction these days."

"I would gladly show you a good time with some good music, but let's take care of our beast issue first." You decide to talk about the upcoming task. "So how hostile can we expect the worgs to be?"
"Very much so." Autum Leaf replies. "They're very territorial and aggressive normally, and since they're out of their turf they'll be even more so. The mountains in the north are the only remotely close place they still live in because there are few enough ponies it would be too much trouble to hunt them all."
"Yeesh… sounds like they're real trouble." You wince. "Do you know why they came down from their mountains?"
"Can't know for sure." Autumn Leaf shakes her head. "My guess would be that another pack of worgs took their territory, forcing them to come here. While they're prone to attack first, worgs still flee to save their skins if they feel like they're no match."

"I was gonna ask whether you'd prefer to relocate them safely, but it sounds like you believe we should hunt all these beasts down."
"There's probably no way around it, yeah." The pegasus mare nods. "They'll mean trouble in almost any place they could end up, so we might as well cut the chase here if we can."
"Do you know how to catch those creatures in particular?" You ask. "Something about their hunting habits that we could use, perhaps?"
"I'm no worg specialist, but hunting them isn't much different than going after wolves. They're quick and strong but not subtle, and eat about any piece of meat they can get their claws on. I'd say we should track them, and attack when they need to stop to rest."

Done working my job for today let's see what to pick hmm all three of these are good ones A luring the worgs into a false sense of safety with using a dead animal that is tainted to put cracks in their defense, B whoa stalking the worgs the whole day but it would give us double affections with Autumn been a while since we saw that, and C that one hehe making loud noises and using tall marefriend Brass here to intimidate the worgs to cause them to run with their tails between their legs hahaha!

I vote for B I think we can succeed the DC rolling this time but just in case we should use Ode to perfection on Autumn leaf beforehand to increase our chances of survival with winning roll, so we don't get injured again and have to go see the healer once more plus autumn would like us even more in a single day.

Autumn Leaf already had an idea about where to start. She brings you to where recent sighting had been reported, and there she can find old prints of your targets. At first you follow the trail as quickly as possible, leaving you to pant behind the two larger mares, until the traces you find in the ground are fresh again.
Then begins a long game of cat and mouse. You have to remains close enough to monitor the activity of the beasts while making sure you don't get caught. This means that sometimes you have to leave a lot of space between them and you, in situations when the wind would otherwise carry your scent to them, Autumn Leaf explains. Other times, the conditions allow to get near enough you can get a good look on the creatures.

The beasts are quite intimidating. They're slightly larger than wolves for the three biggest of them, with a grey but coarser fur, smaller ears, a wider, squarer jaw, and a neck proportionally as thick as the one of a hyena, cementing how devastating the bite of such an animal must be.
The worgs travel in a somewhat linear path, only changing their way when they encounter an obstacle in the terrain. They make a meal of a lone boar the pack manages to kill on the way, and at this point, while the sun starts to descend towards the horizon, Autumn Leaf indicates that your occasion might come soon.

Indeed, the worgs get sluggish after their dinner, and continue their path at a slower pace. Only a dozen minutes later they seem to stop down a rocky recess, and lie down to rest soon after.

You ready yourselves. Autumn Leaf shall strike first. Once you're in position, she readies an arrow which once shot pierces the neck of the largest sleeping beasts. While the rest of them are alerted, they do not understand what happened to their companion who, after a moment of frenetic thrashing, drew its last breath. Another arrow goes through the eye of another worg who drops lifeless on the ground almost immediately.
At this point they realized where you were. While the three lesser ones seemed ready to turn tail and run, the last remaining larger worg charges you after uttering a vicious roar, and the rest of them follow him.

"Think you can outrun them while shooting, girls?" You call. "Let's not take any chance with those beasts!"
The mares hesitate, but only for a split second and then abide to your suggestion. You hop on the back of Brass Compass who offers you a hoof to climb on and runs away with the worgs hot on your tail. With Autumn Leaf being nimble enough, and Brass Compass simply having much larger strides, you can keep a safe distance between you and the predators behind. Attacking like that is a whole other issue, though. For a good minute of hot pursuit in the bushes, neither Brass Compass not Autumn Leaf can hit the large worg with their arrows or spells respectively.
It's your big seeker friend that eventually makes contact, her arcane beam striking the creature in the head, and Autumn Leaf can then finish it off with an arrow. You start running again as you expect the other worgs to catch up but… They don’t. At all.

It seems like they've run away. In fact, you have no idea for how long they've stopped been after you, and if might have happened even before you killed the larger worg.
"Shit…" Autum Leaf grumble in frustration.

Unfortunately, it wouldn't be acceptable to let the three runtish worgs roam randomly, so you have to go after them too. Looking for tracks, you have the displeasure to discover that the remaining beasts split up in their escape.
The hunt stretches far into the night with three trails to catch up on. You do eventually kill the beasts without incident and then finally make it back to Starpoint Keep, but it's past midnight when you arrive, and you're all completely exhausted at this point. Autumn Leaf unceremoniously gives you your reward so you can all go get a good night of sleep.

>You completed the quest!
>You gained 70xp (20 less than expected) and 60 coins!
>You recovered 1 mana (you have 3/5)

>You spent 5 coins to sleep at the inn.

You wake up the next day, a little more tired than usual, but after a good breakfast you'll be able to bard on just fine. Brass Compass is getting ready to leave the city, but you still have some time if you want to visit a shop or talk to somepony.
Chara came to take breakfast with you and is ready to travel when you are.

Well at least we didn't get injured again thank goodness this time but we miss out of drinking at the tavern with our friends, play music with Autumn and perhaps miss a chance to get in bed with her to. Dang oh well we'll come back and get her next time. Go say goodbye to Barkmane, Strong sprout, Autumn leaf, Knifepoint, and Star flow plus we have to apologize to Star about missing out at the bar yesterday with her our quest we did turn into exhausting hours of predator and prey chase in the forest although he's looking forward to see her and the others again one day for a night out or doing quests together sometimes.

Let's head to the stores and buy some honey pastries we can share with our friends back at Meadowburg and at least 3 of those Windborne mail so hearty can write a magical letter to Board the lazy warrior when he's on the road telling her he'll be coming back to Meadowburg in 5 days from now and he got enough experience with his magic to grant her wish of being the tallest mare in the village fulfilling both of their desires, give her a summary of his adventures in Starpoint Keep, how he only mating with mares he chooses to fall in love with like her, Brass, Chara, and etc so he isn't trying to bed every mare he see for a quick fling but rather have long enduring relationships, and to conclude he says he miss her and can't wait to see her again showing her how much he loves her through his songs and moves.

Before you leave, you first have to say a proper goodbye to the mares you've met. Strong Sprout wishes you safe travels, and so does Autumn Leaf when you meet them. Star Flow doesn't mind that you ended up not being available the day prior.
"I think both of us know a quest can have some unpredicted complications at this point." She says. "It's fortunate that nopony was hurt this time at least."
Then, Knifepoint says you might meet again somewhere else, and Barkmane invites you to stop by and say hi if you ever return to Starpoint Keep.

Next, you make a trip to the general store, first to get the supplies you'll need for the trip, and then to get some presents to share with your friends.
You ask Hilda if she'd like to get some souvenirs, and she decides to use some of her cheese-money to add a new red ribbon to her wardrobe. She also gets a matching one she plans to gift Ratchel. As for you, you pack a bunch of the local pastries, both for the trip and to share with your friends at Meadowburg. Next, taking Chara's advice to heart, you get a hoof bracelet and a collar you hope to gift to some mares. The bracelet is made of polished ochre beads of animal horn, looking very similar to the one Star Flow wears, while the collar is of some shiny metal that is some faux-gold (given that you only got it for a dozen coins) with a green gem embedded in it. Both look distinctively zebra-made, and will definitely feel more exotic to a pony that didn't visit Starpoint Keep or the zebra lands. To a zebra like Chara, they would both look very mundane, though.
You also get some flowers which you'll have to gift soon enough as they won't fit in your bag or make it through the trip.

You ponder the idea of buying some windborne mail to send Board and announce that you're coming back to Meadowburg, but eventually decide against it. You'll surprise the lazy mare and tell her about your adventures in the flesh. You're confident you'll have plenty of occasions to purchase those magic letters too.

It is poor taste to split a bouquet, so you decide to gift the one you purchased to Chara.
"Aw, how cute!" Chara accepts the present with a big smile. "The flowers in these parts are so delicate. Thank you Hearty!"
There, the mare cranes down her neck to place a dainty kiss on your forehead.
"Looks like you heard my claim about gentlecoltness loud and clear." She adds. "That's a good start. All performers love some flowers."

"You're welcome." You nod. "Your dances sure deserve to have you covered in flowers. Though, pardon me the intrusive thought, but has there ever been a stallion who tried to take advantage of you after witnessing your sensual moves?"
"What's that now?" The mare raises an eyebrow. "Well, no. I didn't have the displeasure to encounter that kind of ruffian. Or it could just be that the meanest stallions choose not to mess with a scion. I'm far from being a defenseless mare after all."
"Of course." You nod. "It's just that I hate the thought of something like that ever happening to you."
"I can take care of myself, Hearty." She smiles. "I mean, between you and me, I believe you're the one that has the higher chance of ever needing saving. Especially if you keep making me grow."

You hit the road not long after. You have 5 days before you reach Meadowburg, where your friends are okay to spend a few days at. The weather looks like it'll be sunny the whole trip, a spring breeze accompanying your steps, and sometimes a soothing ballad that you add to the sounds of wind on grass and bird chirping. To your dismay, your companions refuse to carry you. You're not injured or anything, and you're still relatively heaving to carry on a day-long walk, even if it's not at all times.
Between the hours on the road and setting up camp together, you have plenty of time to learn more about your two mare companions.

Chara spent her life in the zebra capital when she was a foal, peaceful times in her mind that she recounts with nostalgia in her voice. From what she tells you about the school she went to and the kind of ponies her family was routinely interacting with, she must have been part of the high society of the zebra capital of the time. She probably wasn't a straight up noble, which wouldn't mean much after the power was overthrown anyway, but she was at least well-off enough to have experienced a privileged foalhood, shielded from most troubles.
Her skills as a scion should have allowed her to comfort such a social position, and being an adventurer wasn't something she considered until a couple years after moving in Starpoint Keep. There's a hint of resentment in Chara's voice when she talks about the rebellion in the zebra lands. The rebellion sentenced the whole population of the capital to exile and forced them to leave the country, which was the culmination of a traumatic civil war.

Though, these events are too big in Chara's mind for her to think she can do something about it, or even seek revenge. She's as content as she may be about her current situation, and seems genuinely excited to visit the pony capital.

As you ask about it, Chara recounts that she once wowed a colt with her moves for a dare she had with some friends. This was only to lead him on, and make him pay her for a trinket to win her bet. Chara concedes that was a mean joke to make. She was a teen at the time, though, and she never saw the guy since she moved to Starpoint Keep. Your zebra friend didn't have any occasion to specifically use her seduction on one guy in particular since then.

Brass Compass didn't face any notable issue in her early years either. She grew up in Port Sunrise, which might be your next stop after Meadowburg to reach the capital. Again, her parents were well-off enough to pay for private tutors which gave the mare an edge in learning the most scholarly side of magic. Brass Compass obviously looks up to them a whole lot, both as adventurers and scholars, to the point she might idolize them a little. Regardless, becoming an adventurer like them and a Seeker has been what she wanted to do for as long as she remembers.

Once, in the evening, you ask Brass Compass if she has given any thought about the idea of having even larger or milkier tits, but at this point she doesn’t seem interested in either idea.

On the third evening, you're surprised to see a large encampment on the side of the road, with huge, brightly colored tents and several large wagons. It's a traveling circus! Approaching, you're greeted by an elf stallion named Top Hat, who presents himself as the ringmaster of this party, the Wondershine Troupe.
He readily offers that you spend the night with them. They're travelling to the Meeting Grounds, but you may be allowed see a glimpse of the artists' performances if you stay with them.

There seem to be something enchanting with this circus, in a good way. The showponies all merrily discuss and chat with each other while they prepare their dinner, and all seem welcoming of strangers.
Though, with the night drawing near, you'll probably have the time to only meet one group of them before they go to sleep.

>A. Visit the seer, who is said to alter a pony's fate through her cards drawing alone.
>B. Go watch the beastmistress, who's no other than an actually giant mare from the north.
>C. Meet with the orchestra, whose intoxicating tunes might help you hone your own music.
>D: The game queen has her chariot deployed, perhaps you could bet a few coins for a chance of winning a rare prize.

I'm tempted to pick A to see how a seer is able to alter a pony's fate through drawing cards alone just like that sounds cool and epic, As for B I'm not sure if we'll be able to spend the night one on one alone with the giant beast mistress mare after she puts on show for us with her animals small chance of that happening, C on the other hand sounds like Hearty will be able to further unlock his musical potential to the fullest, and D almost sounds like a gambling game that will probably results in us doing DC rolling in this one not sure if we'll win and if we lose there goes our hard earn coins down the drains by playing her game.

Hmm after mulling over the choices I just realized something about what are comrades told us Chara said Hearty is the one with a higher chance of ever needing saving since he's not doing much to protect himself always relying on his teammates and Brass said she doesn't seem interested in the idea of having milkier tits, but at this point so there's still a chance of that happening yet we just need to either grow her more, spend more time with her, or perhaps somehow persuade her into the idea of wanting milky crotchboobs. I made up my mind picking C Hearty needs professional music help to improve his music skills so he'll have an easier time to seduce mares with his lecherous desires in his songs to drawn them closer to him quicker than by normal means and this might help him gain another skill, level up, or gain an exp boost to get stronger at least so he can increase his chances of protecting himself better so he doesn't end up being a liability to his giant mares always depending on them to save him and he can do more to assist them in battle.

You decide to meet with your fellow musicians. The band of a dozen ponies welcomes the arrival of another player, and after sharing dinner with them, you have some time to play music with the travelling artists.
Exchanging tunes with the minstrels, you're challenged by many of them to match their notes, and to add some of their rhythms to your own, which makes you reassess the way you wield your music, and thus your magic.

>Rehearsing with the minstrels allows you to get a new look on your music.
>You may learn ONE additional active skill, in addition to Ode to Perfection.

>Forte
1 mana
Grows a mare by four times you Base Growth Value. This lasts until the end of the day or until you start a second quest along this mare while under this effect. (in other words, you cannot do more than 1 quest with this effect active.) Does not stack with itself.

>Serenade
1 mana
A lightly hypnotic speech that can be used to lower a DC by your Base Growth value in inches to bluff, convince or intimidate a hostile mare. Also grows this hostile mare by your Base Growth Value, and thus stacks with any circumstantial bonus. If you still fail the DC after using this ability, the hostile mare grows by three time your Base Growth Value in addition.

Having a mare four times their size would be fun for hearty to enjoy bucking in bed with, but the skill Forte is not permanent, while the skill Serenade would allow us to lower the DC rolling further and influence a hostile mare to either run away scared, trick them, or convince her to stand down so we don't have to be enemies but instead as friends and perhaps as another potential marefriend.

I'm going with the Serenade skill increasing our percentage success rate on these DC rolling would be more useful to us in the long run leading to less terrible outcomes towards Hearty and his party members.

I vote for forte since a large burst of growth has strategic value And these are the same skills that were available at level 2, so we'll be able to get Serenade when it's more powerful (Growth already lowers DC after all). On a side note, spending some time much larger with the knowledge it's temporary would allow mares to develop an interest in growing more easily.

As a music fag, if you plan on adding an upgrade to Forte later as Fortíssimo, I'd point about using sforzando (sfz notation, "sudden force") first here as a first pick, so you have extra steps to go later on. Forte for duration but still not permanent (F), and then Fortissimo for more power again (FF)

Forte. Unless we plan to continue to associate with mares hostile to us, don't see the appeal in growing them as opposed to the ability to strategically grow a mare by a substantial amount during a critical moment.

You take a few hints from the showponies' way of suddenly increasing the strength at which they play to accompany a dramatic scene, and it inspires you a new way to use your magic.

>You learned a new active skill

>Sforzando

After saying goodbye to the circus, you continue your trip the next morning, and after two other days on the road you make it to Meadowburg. You decide to push through the start of the night to make it to the town, and thus go directly to the inn to get some rest as you arrive a little before midnight.

The next morning comes, and you wake up ready for action. The quiet town hasn't changed since you left, about two weeks ago now. Still the same picturesque little houses, same comely barmaid at the tavern, and same shops as last time, including the bakery and the traveling cart, who might actually just be a merchant who prefers a wagon to an actual house.
As discussed with your traveling companions, you plan to stay a couple days around Meadowburg. Brass Compass will probably tell you when she wants to go to Port Sunrise, from where you've be able to travel to the capital. If you somehow have unfinished business in Meadowburg by then, Brass Compass probably won't mind should you make the trip a day or two after her and then join her at Port Sunrise.

In addition to mundane supplies you can find anywhere, the general store sells locally-made pottery, wickerwork and various wool or linen clothing article. There are also flowers in pots or bouquets on sale, as well as seeds for those and cute little bundles of biscuits.
At the travelling cart, there are more exotic wares that seem to target the adventuring types as its clients.

The travelling cart has the following wares that may interest you.

>Mana potion
>50 coins
You gain one mana that can exceed your normal mana capacity. You have to use this point of mana before going to sleep or it will be lost.

>Return spell scroll (you have 1)
>30 coins
Teleports the party to where they each woke up this day. Usually, this can allow you and your companions to abandon a quest without facing the direst consequences.

>Rejuvenating potion of the plains
>100 coins
A powerful healing draught that fastens metabolism far beyond its normal capacities, allowing for all cuts and wounds to heal in a about a minute while it's active. Also allows for sustained continuous effort for its duration. In addition, heals from most poisons and illnesses (except alchemic illness). Lasts 1 hour. As a side effect, causes mares to lactate for its duration, and all drinkers are massively hungry at the end of its effect.

Investigating this tower seems like a good job to do right in the morning. You take up the quest and meet the other adventurers who signed up for this one, including a familiar face.

"Oh, it's you." Brighthoof reacts quite coldly upon meeting your gaze. "I thought you had left the city at this point."
"Ahem, do you know each other?" The pegasus mare who must be Wind Chaser looks at each of you worriedly.
"It's… nothing important." The mare in robes shakes her head after letting a sigh. "We should be able to do this job, regardless whether what we find in this tower is reasonable or not."
"Well, alright then." The pegasus puts on a smile and giddily waves at you. "I'm Wind Chaser! Let's see what's wrong with that old ruin, okay?"

Before you leave for this job, you spend 200 coins to purchase the Minor mage's armlet. This is your first magic item ever! As an adventurer you could cry.

You introduce yourself to Wind Chaser, and tell her a bit about your journey so far, and the flying mare tells you about hers in return.
"I've travelled all around the kingdom!" She excitedly recounts. "My family is part of a trading caravan, so from the shores of Misty Docks to the crags of Amber Cliffs, I've seen it all! But rather than being a caravanner I wanna try my hoof at adventuring. I've been working on my bowmareship with a trainer I paid in Sky Diamond, and I've completed a couple quests around here already."

"Glad to hear that." You nod. "And I'm glad that we've got a flyer with us. That'll make exploring this tower much easier. Also, watching your mane dancing in the wind will make this job a lot more interesting too."
"Teehee! You're sweet!" The mare blushes slightly. "And I thought about it too! Towers are pretty high, so since I can fly I'm the perfect mare for the job!"
"Is your cutie mark related to flying?" You ask. "What is it exactly?"
"In a way, it is. Petals in the wind." She explains. "I just love flying to wherever I feel like at the moment. I know, not very original for a pegasus but I don't care!"

After that, you turn your attention to the mare with the mace, who's been walking a good distance ahead while you were chatting with Wind Chaser.
"So, uhm." You're not exactly sure how to re-break the ice with Brighthoof "How has the town been these past two weeks?"
"Meadowburg's been at peace, thankfully." She calmly replies. "The goblins who troubled our baker have been taken care of even, and I didn't have to help in any fight. So things have been pretty… peaceful around here, yes."

"Do you know what could be the issue in the tower?" You ask. "Do you think the wizard returned somehow? Or an apprentice of his? Or could it be one of the experiments he left behind?"
"That old magician is long gone." Brighthoof replies. "But that's about all I can tell. Worst case would be that some manner of heretic decided to seize the tower, and is practicing some foul spell inside. We better get ready for that."

"You can count on me against whatever we face!" You readily state "Say the word, and I'll use my magic to make you stronger against any evil we encounter."
"That would be useful indeed." She says, traces of animosity in her tone. "To focus your efforts on strengthening your actual party members first."
It's a bit sad that Brighthoof still seems to resent you for taking Ratchel's side back then, even if the cleric mare eventually accepted that outcome.

"That goes without saying." You nod "No reason not to have each other's back. In fact, let me use my magic on you right away."
With a few notes, you use your Ode to Perfection on the companion you reunited with. Her body swells in size ad she gains visible muscles, as well as a prominent bubble butt.

"Woah, that… I didn't that recall your magic was so potent, bard." She says gazing upon her new self. "If that spell holds up, it'll be quite useful against any enemy we encounter indeed."
The cleric mare who's now one time and a half your height seems very positively surprised by the change, to the point you think she might be trying not to show too much how much she appreciates it. She puts up a stoic façade as you walk in the plains, towards your objective.

You arrive near the tower some time later. The stone building isn't as impressive as you expected, standing at about 30 feet tall only and with probably a single room at the top of it. While thickets and vine have started to cover the lower parts of the tower and nearly hide the door, the brick construction itself seems to have held up fairly well against the passage of time. There shouldn't be any risk of the whole thing collapsing at least.

Well would you look at that Brighthoof has the same desires as Chara having muscles and big juicy flanks. At least she appreciates what he did and will soon want more from hearty this is the first step to make it up with her. Though I doubt she'll leave the village with us to go to the capital the earth pony already found a purpose and home to settle down in. I do like the pegasus optimistic she so positive about her life and freedom wouldn't mind convincing her to join us on our journey towards Port Sunrise and to the capital Sky Diamond when it's time for us to leave Meadowburg. Let's see for A we can send in Hilda to scout for us, but the priest wouldn't like that I think there's a negative sign right next to her name, B we can have the bowmare do aerial reconnaissance she quick and nimble, and C we stick together as a group bearing the dangers together.

Hmm A is a risk rather not take the chance of Brighthoof losing interest in us when we're trying increase her affection up and get her to like us, I want to pick C strong in numbers is the best way however we don't know what we're dealing with going in the situation completely blind there could be magic traps or wild animals like wolves, boars, or hyneas in there, so B might be the better outcome for this we need eyes and ears inside the tower gonna go for letter B oh and let try to kill two birds with one stone by giving our Minor Mage's Armlet a test drive use Ode to perfection on Wind chaser so we can charge up our armlet and by doing this the bowmare will love us more and we'll get to see what her desire dream body is I'm willing to bet it's not the same as brighthoof she wanted strength, as for chaser she told us she loves to fly whenever she feels like in the moment so wind would want speed instead of strength for if she has too much muscles on her body then it would definitely put strains on her ability to fly limiting her mobility she'd mostly likely want to be taller or having bigger teats maybe both.

You entrust Wind Chaser with taking a look inside before you proceed. The mare flies up to the roof of the tower, and cautiously peeks inside from the top of it. Hopefully the additional height will give her enough wing power if something were to attack the pegasus mare, but fortunately nothing tries to get the mare so far. She repeats the process with 2 other windows before coming down to you again.

"There's definitely something inside!" The pegasus mare says, slightly worried. "I thought it was cobwebs at first, but there's actually a blue membrane covering a lot of stuff in this room. I think there's some kind of slime creature in here. I realized there was a huge mass of something under a table in the room, it's a really big one."

Whew, finally now I can vote work was overflowing today man. Okay, so the situation is we're probably dealing with the old hermit wizard monster slime experiment it must be a pet project he/she were working on and I got say the room with all those books and beakers this is quite the lab the old magician set up, but I do wonder what is that blue shining glowing object in the center of the table it look like a shooting star or some kind of artifact thats like a mirage sphere for projecting illusions or a map of your location. Choice A fighting it in battle that is not going to be easy to defeat it the way the slime has octopus tentacles we could get stuck into it if we touch it or it may give us some unknown side effects too much of a gambling for a head on brawl, Choice B hmm luring it out the tower means we're trying to preserve the abandoned tower and we'll take the fight outside to minimize the damage to it, and lastly Choice C it so simple and straight forward plan cause the tower to collapsed and cave-in on itself by destroying its old support structure from the outside which will easily kill the goo creature without us getting hurt.

I'm voting for C and we should use Sforzando on Brighthoof her being four times her size is needed desperate times calls for desperate measures in emergency situations like this one and as a result the DC roll will drop significantly and then the priestess would forget about all her animosity towards Hearty and welcome him more with open arms which will allow the stallion a chance to bond closer to the mare.

“If that tower has become a monster’s den, how about tearing it down altogether?” You tell Brighthoof. “I believe you’re strong enough for that.”
“Uh…” She looks up at the tower, unconvinced. “I’m not sure that I…”

But then you use your magic on the cleric mare. She surges 4 feet upwards with a gasp, now a 10 feet tall powerhouse of holy mare strength, and thus you can see on her expression she immediately reconsiders her chances.
“Okay…” She lets a bewildered smile peek on her face as she nods. “In that case, I’ll give it a try.”

The huge mare approaches, and after considering her options, starts with an earth-shaking buck on the tower. The strike breaks the few windows in the tower that were still intact, as well as making a significant dent in the brick structure.
Gaining confidence, Brighthoof then starts to use her mace which grew along her to hammer down the tower like one would chop a tree. Each smash sends debris of rock flying, and parts of the building are stating to fall from the upper part.
Brighthoof give one last mighty buck which finishes to destroy the integrity of the construction. The base of the tower cracks, and the whole thing is about to collapse on its own weight. However, the construction hasn’t been pushed away by the cleric mare’s mighty hit. On the contrary. The edifice bends on the dent that her attacks formed on it.
The whole tower is about to crash on Brighthoof.

You only have a split second to react.

You only have a spilt second to react. Yikes this is a classic quick time event from most RPG fantasy adventure game stories. What's the best option to pick here? A Hearty gives a double dose of his new spell to Brighthoof to help her survive from getting crush by a tall building, B Use the return scroll to teleport ourselves out of there to avoid Brighthoof from getting hurt but at the risk of failing the quest, or C Hearty does nothing and let the crumbling tower fall on the priestess.

I rather take my chances with A better we try to attempt saving Brighthoof so she has a chance instead of just letting the worst happens to her cause B would save us immediately but we won't get any money, we'll only gain half the exp points, and Brighthoof and Wind chaser may or may not be disappointed in us for leaving the quest behind like that, while C is mess up what kind of option is that it's like we'll be sentencing our teammate to death by having life threatening injuries that could lead to her having internal bleeding or worse.

In your panic, you can’t muster your magic in time. The stone tower has already hit Brighthoof before you grow her, and she’s hurt all the same by the falling building. At least, while she’s obviously in great pain, the gigantic mare can extract herself from the rubble easily enough with her new size. One of her back leg is definitely broken, though, in addition to the many bruised she got.

A moment after Brighthoof gets herself out of the pile of bricks, you start to see some blue goo sip out of the ruins. The creature is visibly shaken by its lair collapsing, and seems to attempt to flee from you. However, Wind Chaser can shoot an arrow that shatters the core of the creature, causing the whole agglomerate of slime to pop like a bubble, defeated.

You can’t really help Brighthoof walk home despite her injury, given that the mare’s 4 times your height. Fortunately, even with a heavy limp, her sheer size and the length of her strides will make the trip to the town short enough she can visit the healer without trouble. The cleric mare doesn’t talk much once you’ve made sure she’d make it, and seems quite ashamed of the situation.

This just doesn't sit right with you. You really feel like you have to help Brighthoof, and thus decide to spend some of your hard-earned coins to buy a rejuvenating potion for the mare.
You then go the healer's place. Well, to their backyard, since Brighthoof is currently much too big to fit inside.

"Hey, Brighthoof!" You wave as you call the giantess. "Are you feeling any better?"
"Oh, uhm, I'm doing alright, thanks." As she notices you, the mare embarrassedly starts looking away from you at first. "You're still around? We're done with the quest, you know?"
"Of course, but letting you alone after what happened just didn't feel right." You say. "I brought you a rejuvenating potion to help!" You say as you bring out the round vial from your bag.

"Wait, aren't these pretty expansive?" Brighthoof cocks an eyebrow. "Even more than the reward we just got? Are you sure this is reasonable?"
"I insist." You nod. "To tell you the truth, I feel like I messed up back here. I'm the one that suggested taking down the tower, and I couldn't grow you bigger fast enough to protect you either when the thing fell down. So, please. Accept this."
"Well, it sounds like you've made up your mind. I don’t blame you for what happened, you know? I'm the one that was, ahem, a bit careless back then. I hope you're not gonna regret this." She says as she takes the potion, giving you a smile as she carefully uncorks it with the corner or a hoof. "That'll spare me the trouble of finding some construction beam for a splint."

Brighthoof drinks the potion, and a few seconds later you start to hear a sizzling sound coming from her bandaged leg.
"Hehe. It tickles a little. Anyway, thanks for that. I should be good in a few minutes thanks to it, right?" And after a small silence, she adds. "You know… I think I wasn't very fair with you, after how we ended up dealing with the witch I mean. She hasn't caused any trouble so far, and it wasn't right for us to accuse her so aggressively. And today, even if it didn't go exactly as planned, I could see you tried your earnest to do what's right. So… thanks again for the potion Hearty. Even if you didn't have to, I appreciate it."

If I remember correctly the rejuvenating potion has a side effect to cause the mare who drinks it to be lactate for one hour, so if hearty makes the right moves here he might be able to suck her teats as a result maybe even get a mouth-to-mouth kiss from the 10 feet tall village priestess too, though not sure if she would want to have sex with him outside in case somepony hears and sees them, but thats up to Brighthoof if she doesn't mind or her house backyard has enough privacy to conceal their romantic activities together.

Hug the priestess and nuzzle into her warm fuzzy embrace tell her"It was my pleasure. I was so worried about you I didn't want you to die because of me in case the healer may have missed something in their examination on your body. You're important to me and I wanted to make you special in my eyes Brighthoof".

Reassure her that we hold no hard feelings with her. We're just happy that she's alright. If anything, Ratchel is the one who deserves an apology for how she was treated. From what it sounded like when we spoke to her, she didn't exactly have the greatest past where she came from when it came to her love of rats.
We plan to invite Ratchel to the bar tonight as well. If she wants, she can slip by and talk to her there (or outside the bar really) if she really wants to make amends.

"Aw, I'm so glad you like it and that you're okay!" You say and allow yourself to hug the strong neck of the cleric mare. "I was so scared the healer might have missed something."
"Don't let him hear you." Brighthoof gently pushed you awa, stifling a chuckle. "You don't want to get on the town healer's bad side, do you?"

"Sure, sure. Anyway, no hard feeling on my side about our first encounter." You shake your head. "If anything, it is Ratchel you should apologize to. I talked a lot with her, and she's a pony who's been through hard times. Both her magic and her kinship with rats were the only ways she could survive at a certain point of her life. Wouldn't you want to make amends?"
"Eh…" The big mare winces. "I'm not sure I can go that far. Even if what you said is true, she's still a witch. The very way she practices magic makes her a potential danger, so I don't think I can act friendly with her knowing that, and I don't want to act like a hypocrite either."

You remember Brighthoof explained to you that witches mess with the essence of living things with their magic, and that many pursue this power do drain the life of others.
"Well, regardless, I plan to invite her for a drink tonight." You say. "Would you accept to come too?"
"Well, yeah, I think we can at least tolerate each other." Brighthoof nods with a half-smile.

"In retrospect, I'm still surprised at how vehemently we approached Ratchel the first time." You recount. "You were even angry when we ended up not fighting her. How did it get this far?"
"It's… it's just that… Meadowburg is just such a nice and quiet city. I was really outraged that a witch could arrive and create trouble." Brighthoof clumsily attempts to justify herself. "So, I got a bit carried away as I was convinced we would face an evildoer of some sort, and I was afraid she was trying to trick us and play innocent in some way."

"I see. You really seem to love this town." You nod. "But doesn't it get lonely in here? You're taking care of the common temple all by yourself, right?"
"It's… ahem, yes. This place is really, well, peaceful." Brighthoof somehow seems a little embarrassed again as she speaks. "But regardless, this is the duty that has been assigned to me, and this way I can help protect Meadowburg when danger arises… Even if the town's rather quiet most of the time. So, whether I feel lonely or not doesn't matter."

"Were you born here?" You ask.
"I'm not from Meadowburg, but a hamlet nearby." She says. "When I was young I learned to serve the light after studying in a monastery, and at the end of my training I was issued my duty. Here."

In response to the mare's short explanation, you start to tell her about your own origin story, on how you're from a nearby village just like her, but decided to pursue the life of an adventurer to discover the world and find many new ponies to bond with. After telling Brighthoof about your time at the bard school, you end up emphasizing it with a song on the warm tones of her beautiful mane and coat which remind you of a blazing sunrise.

"What's that?" She blushes slightly, but doesn't seem that receptive to your attempt at flirting. That, or she's actively dismissing it. "Still trying to cheer me up? Well, it's no wonder all you have to sing about is how pretty I am. I didn't exactly show some battle feats back then, did I? Damn, it's so frustrating... If I could have been just a little careful, I could have destroyed that tower and crushed that evil slime underhoof thanks to your magic. It would have been glorious…"
At this point, you don't hear any sound coming from the mare's leg anymore. As she notices this, Brighthoof undoes the bandages to show that the wound on her leg has disappeared entirely, just like the rest of her bruises.

"Thanks again for the potion." The twoering says as she stands up. "Oh, by the way, is the size permanent?"
"For the most part, no." You shake your head. "You'll shrink back by the start of the next day, or sooner if you get into a fight or something like that."
"I see." She nods. "In that case… for once I might be able to clean the roof of the temple without asking a pegasus for help then."

"However, the first growth will stay." You add. "Including the changes in the rear. Also, what that spell does is that it brings your body closer your ideal of it, so I really hope you'll enjoy the changes."
"Ah, well… it's very important to have strong glutes, you know?" Somehow Brighthoof sounds like she wants to justify something. "And you need some fat too to keep it healthy and powerful. It's stronger than dry muscles. So it's… merely the most efficient body type, y-yeah, that's why I like it. Anyway, see you later, Hearty!"

On that, Brighthoof hurriedly leaves, leaving a little puddle of milk behind where she was lying down. It's hard to tell how much she appreciates you, but Brighthoof has some stuff on her mind for sure.

>What do?
>Go for another job?
>Insist on spending the afternoon with Brighthoof and help her clean the temple?

Leave Brighthoof for now if she has some stuff to ponder on and go to Ratchel. Main reason to go to her is to, not only say hi along with Hilda, but also hopefully convince Ratchel to experiment and try to grow the maximum amount curves possible, both teats and flank at the same time that is (and if inducing lactation in a mare's body is possible with it since the spell description says it grants their desired body), with Ode to Perfection. Far too many mares seem convinced to take one side over the other, or keep the size increases small.

Ratchel was receptive to the idea of growing her, and knows the true extent of our depravity, so she's the best mare to grant us this request to grow and experiment with her.

Brighthoof was acting a little off right there looks like she has kinky secret about why she really want her flanks to be bigger. I say we go after her to find out why assist her on her task so we can get closer to her and as a result, boom she'll allow hearty permission to suck on her milky crotchboobs before the effects of the potion wears off completely she already leaking out and it would be a shame for all that milk to go to waste.
