Neighcon's under new management. How are we feeling about this con? It could be a second /mlp/ adjacent con. I know there are a few Mare Fair guys involved. The problem is still >Baltimore though. I'm a bit more excited now that a certain solver of light has been excised.

Pretty good. Some the new staff are Vet bronies. And they are in Connection with First Awesome Platoon and Brigadiers of Equestria if you remember them from other cons or Marefair 2025. As Ive seen. I have good hopes for them. We need as much horse cons we got that are mostly if not only horse. By people I know. Is some great opportunities for suicide awareness. Mental health awareness and more to be done. I can't wait to see what they do next. If not? All efforts to mare fair or harmony.

Yes they got rid of lightsolver. Ive gone back and forth my self with the vice head. He's a green horn but his optics seem stellar. I hope they hold to things and actually clean up bs unlike previous staff.

I really do think it's gonna be great. It's /ourguys/ doing pony stuff with the support of the rest of our cadre. The only difference is that it's not explicitly a /mlp/ convention, it's slightly wider appeal for the rest of the fandom while still pushing out furries. Remember that people had the same cold feet about mare fair 1, and hundreds of people regret missing the first year.
