This depends on the mare and how interesting the thing they have to say is and also how well they can carry whatever they are trying to say while going on and on.
If it is Colgate or Applejack or Lyra then probably, yes, forever.
If it is Trixie or Fluttershy or Cheerilee then probably 2~3 hours max.
If it is Poochie or Rarity or Unnamed Mare #2 then I will probably not long at all.
