According to leftists, this is the greatest artist of all time. Above MJ, above The Beatles. Can you name one thing she's influenced in music and global culture?

Crazy in Love is one of the best songs of that decade.

But uh, no I don't actually think leftists think that. I believe they think she needs to be supported, in a similar vein to the support 100Gecs receives for obvious political reasons. But I don't think, in their heart of hearts, they really believe her artistry is so superlative. Something something, "the soft bigotry of low expectations"

Beyonce doesn't even seem like a artist who will be revered as a symbol of American culture for decades like Elvis Presley was. I just don't see how you can argue she's a top 10 all time musical act, The Beatles you can give them the top spot if you preference their influence on how music was produced and made, Michael if you prefer vast wide scale impact on everything as a whole. But Beyonce doesn't fit into either, she's not even the best of her own generation with Taylor Swift and BTS and other acts firmly ahead

Astroturfed just like her husband. After Biggie died Jay Z filled the gap with the help of Hot 97. After Aaliyah and Left Eye died Beyonce filled the gap after doing solo albums and eventually ending Destiny's Child. Aside from that Lemonade is a total critic pandering Obamaian era Kendrick Lamar wannabe piece of shit. She's a great singer but not a creative genius and really nothing special in the entertainment department. She's a megastar because white women wanted to like a black singer and she's the one they all decided on for whatever reason.

she's a black singer who isn't too black or edgy or sexualized or really anything at all. just a marionette who can sing and dance adequately but has nothing to actually say in her music. complete tofu "R&B."

Maybe this is a difference without a distinction but I think it’s just women plugged into the mainstream that love her, same as Taylor Swift. There’s a political angle there but I think that’s just a part of the overall marketing strategy that those two have behind them. I feel like Dolly Parton has also gotten retconned into a similar role. The cult like obsession with all 3 of them is very off putting.

She's seen as a contemporary Diana Ross/Patti Labelle, who were also initially in girl groups and went on solo careers later - this is how the industry wants her to go down as. She had a big debut, her follow up was all over the radio with "Irreplaceable," then she peaked in 2008/09 with Sasha Fierce and was inescapable at the time. "Single Ladies" became kind of a meme, spawned several parodies etc, it made some cultural impact, but nowhere near on the level of the artists you mentioned, which is why it's all pretty much forgotten by now. I've personally never liked her songs or her voice, and thinking about it now, I don't think I've ever added a Beyonce song to a playlist.

She created this stereotype of the self-entitled bitch who gesticulates with her purse and ostentatiously demands the male to 'treat her right', meaning respect, money, entertainment, everything.

Unironically she's singlehandedly responsible for maybe 50% of the hoeflation phenomenon. Without any doubt the most negative influence on women's mentality in the last 30 years.

Beyonce was also a massive cunt to her bandmates, constantly belittling and berating them. Her father was the group's manager after all.

She scared them away, and is now mad they aren't supporting her.
