Do you have experience with ear problems related to extensive and loud music consumption?

I listened to djent on headphones a bit too loud 2 days ago and my right ear has been humming loudly ever since. All I can hear with my right ear is this annoying humming that just won't go away.
Any idea if this was it, or will it heal over time?

If it's your first time it will most likely stop after a week, it's pretty much a pre-emptive warning that if you keep this up your ears are going to be sounding like this permanently, if that concerns you then maybe take more care otherwise feel free to just yolo it, tinnitus sucks for a bit then you get used to it, either way I wouldn't worry too much

OP here again. I noticed that the humming gets worse every time I flush the toilet, for instance. It reacts to loud noises.

I have had tinnitus in my right ear for as long as I can remember, unless it's very loud you learn to live with it. If it's from listening to something loud, it could go away but I suppose it takes time to heal, anything dealing with internal ear can be a bitch. Go see an ear doctor soon.

Consult a medical professional. Any health thing that involves the senses (while probably nothing) could be indicative of a brain injury. Coupled with listening to djent I think it's safe to say you could've experienced some form of mini stroke. Do you smell burning toast? Or pennies?

OP here.
I had my ears washed professionally by a nurse.
They're now clean but the humming is actually worse.
I bet all the water raping my ear drum really didn't help.
Fuck!
