Probably. DA dropped the ball. Or didn't have much to work with but got everyone hyped because of that raid. He's still screwed though and everyone knows he's a dangerous freak. That itself is just not a crime.

His case has been buried in the news by Israel and Iran so I think that's helping him.

It's tricky. One one hand he rejected the plea deal which is almost unbelievable because Feds have the highest rate of conviction.

They probably offered him 8-10 years, if they had offered him 5 years it would be insane not to take the deal.

On the other hand the prosecutor is James Comey's daughter sooo....Idk.

If this was a real case, the feds would have arrested Clive Davis.

Davis is arguably the most powerful man in the entertainment industry. He is 92 years old and an ultra-billionaire porky. Like Diddy, there have been rumors swarming for years that Davis is behind a lot of shady shit, namely running Epstein-like sex trafficking rings in the music industry since the 1970s. It is a known fact Davis was involved in one of the biggest payola scandals in the music industry in the 2000s. He is also known to commit tax fraud/evasion. Yet he hasn't been charged with anything. This can be explained by the suspicions Davis is a federal informant who's been working with the FBI for decades to get blackmail dirt on celebrities, identical to Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

Davis essentially buckbroke Diddy when Diddy first entered the music industry. Everything Diddy is currently charged with are things he learned from Davis. It gets deeper when you look at the trial. Diddy, like his mentor Davis, is also an alleged FBI informant. It's rumored Diddy orchestrated Tupac's murder (the feds wanted Pac dead because he was a Black communist breadpilling people through his rhymes) and almost certainly had something to do with Biggie's death as well. The prosecutor against Diddy is allegedly James Comey's daughter, Comney being the same prosecutor in the Epstein/Maxwell case. Given that the prosecution is currently floundering (they have yet to prove Diddy is a sex trafficker, only that he's a sexual pervert with a piss and cuckold fetish) one can easily see that this is allegedly a cover up of an alleged cover up: either Diddy walks free and everyone involved goes about doing their evil, or Diddy is found guilty and becomes the fall guy while the bigger villains (specifically Davis) go unchecked.

To put the cherry on the sundae: Clive Davis owns a school at NYU, the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music. Everyone who teaches there is getting paid by Clive; you can clearly see an overlap with the Congress for Cultural Freedom.

That's a meme btw the reason for that is exactly because 80% of cases are plea deals and those are counted as a W for the prosecutor.

His conviction is a shaky one anyway because it's doubtful whether it even fell under Federal jurisdiction to prosecute and shouldn't have been a state level case.

He’s probably going to be convicted. Why? Well even though the state has completely failed to prove its case, the absolutely did prove that he’s a scumbag, a sexual deviant, and treats his girlfriends like garbage. None of that is a crime he’s being charged with, but there’s women on that jury, they will vote with their emotions. He gives them the ick from the trial so they will vote guilty in that room based on that(anyone who’s been on a jury will confirm this is how women on juries operate). Because of the nature of the case(sexual) any male simps in the room will easily fold to the emotional pleas of the women jurors. That will leave maybe 2-3 guys at most(probably more like 1) who will actually be arguing the actual case and its merits in that jury room. I’m guessing it will be the guy who bust out laughing when they played the freak off tapes to the jury yesterday. So ya, diddler is prolly toast. If it was a bench trial he’d have a decent shot.
