I have a tuning fork, so I'll get an A, Laaaaa. Then I sing an octave up and an octave down, try to sing semi-tones. Then go back to singing your high note, then keep going up until you reach the point where you can't go higher any further. As you try to get the higher note you can feel and hear it breaking. Keep coming back to that later in the day. Eventually you break past it and you'll get an even higher range. It might take days or weeks.

Anything for lifting palate, breath work, doing core exercise will help loads too. Rest is practice and ear training
