It's a very strange feeling, being about as old as my parents were then, yet having achieved absolutely nothing like they did with their lives.

I did learn to play guitar and drums though, the only person in my whole family to learn an instrument properly, so fuck it. Wouldn't trade that for anything.

Music has changed a lot more between the 60s and 90s than between the 90s and 2020s, it's not that weird that zoomers could feel closer to the 90s that still look somewhat fresh
