Was the time period from around 2013-2019 really that much better for music than 2020-present or do I just think that because I was personally more into music back then
>>126799459 (OP) Undeniably better. I can think of a few significant labels during that period. I can think of nothing now. I'm willing to be wrong but generally now it seems to be a lot looser, faster, less coherent, and more repetitive.

>>126799459 (OP) The latter I'm not into music much nowadays so (new) music doesn't excite me as much as it used to be years ago, plus I used to look for new releases a lot but now I just check rym at times to see if there's anything interesting I think if you got big into music last year you likely would say we are in a golden age rn

>>126799459 (OP) 2013-2019 >imagine dragons >adele >this is america and drake on the radio Yeah nah bro this is a gay take. Underground music was hard, like soundcloud, but mainstream was pure shit and I was born in 2006. Best thing music wise that time period was >XXXTENTACION >Juice Wrld >Dubstep >Members only >Ski Mask >Ugly God >Ghostemane >Ilovefriday >Alan Walker
why are all young people i know musically retarded (zoomer, born 06)? They listen only to the songs that are on spotify top 100 of my country and popular rap/pop songs from the US no one even tries listening to anything else. I managed to get 1 friend into Kino but the rest are a lost cause
