To the rap/hip-hop enjoyers of /mu/, what are your favorite albums shown here?

What would you recommend to a NewGen like me?

(Haven't heard 95% of these albums, but heard that they're considered classics.)

Probably Illmatic
I would recommend Blueprint - Deleted Scenes and Sampa The Great - The Great Mixtape unless you meant recommendations from your list, in which case probably Illmatic

Whatโ€™s that under stankonia? Yeah theyโ€™re all big albums but I feel Dre and Eminem havenโ€™t aged well

Any of the stuff more mainstream than Wu I don't even touch, except for Outkast. Nas, Kanye, Dre, Biggy, 2Pac, Jay-Z, Snoop, Eminiem, just boring, dumb, ugly trash, save for the random single or two (I love 2Pac's Keep Ya Head Up, for example. Just my opinion. The rest is good to great. You need De La Soul on that list though, who are GOAT.,

Why leave out Graduation, it's the best one?

mainly because i was focused more on 90's and early 2000's records, more old-school stuff. of course graduation is still peak but its more, pop-rap compared to these selections.

Ah, gotchya.

My favorites out of that list besides Ye's would be
>Ilmaatic
>Be
>Ready to Die
>The Chronic
>The Blueprint
>Doggystyle
I'd also recommend "Reasonable Doubt" by Jay-Z as well. Eminem Show is super nostalgic for me but I'm not sure what people think of Eminem who never grew up with him
