As much as it can be said, I prefer the first three EPs because they are different vocalists for each. To me, this makes Ginn's somewhat annoying guitar and songwriting more palatable to me. I know they're important to this genre, and I respect that, but I don't personally put Black Flag anywhere near the top hardcore bands.

"Obliteration" is an ace accompanyist's solo turn. "The Bars" isn't about prison or saloons. "My Ghetto" is an outtake from the rant side of Damaged. "You're Not Evil" is right on. C+
