Sky Valley is great. I really like both bands a lot. But I give the edge to Queens. Catchier songwriting, more diverse catalogue, and I prefer Homme as a vocalist.

Sky Valley and Blues for the Red Sun are all time greats. I tried giving QotSA a bunch of shots over the years but they never lived up to Kyuss at their best.

I like that album a lot, but I got fucking hog wild when I throw on Wretch and crank the fuck out of The Beginning Of What's About To Happen

Kyuss is the best thing Homme ever did.

absolutely terrible vocalist, but there's some gnarly fucking riffs on the album at times.

QOTSA all the way. One of my favorite bands of all time.

I like both of them. Can probably relate more to Kyuss due to how raw the music is compared to Qotsa, but I prefer Josh's singing. Capsized is an awesome piece and it's amazing that Josh wrote it when he was basically a teenager.
