it's a reactionary power fantasy that comes from being a disadvantaged and oppressed group
under the mindset of the disadvantaged black man, the system is functioning against them and putting them below privileged groups on purpose, in this case the president being the one controlling this rigged system
this picture is demonstrating disadvantaged black men from poor violent neighborhoods finally killing the president, therefore ending the rigged system that puts them in an impoverished and violent state, bringing fairness into the system
