We fucked everything up. I crunched the dates and birth years and we really did destroy everything. There's no begging for forgiveness here. We should've been bullied harder. Everytime I lashed out and blamed Millennials on this board but I was 100% wrong. I'm gone forever now. There's no recovering from this bullshit. Cosmic Humiliation beyond human comprehension. Don't even want to witness the rest of the 2020s. Gen Alpha is going to rape us. I apologize for my impotence and failing the culture.

Its not a generational fault that standards have gone down its more a technological and business thing.
>barrier to entry people being able to make music on laptop could have improved things but it meant no talent, low quality-control music being made.
>internet gave every asshole a platform with no quality control again.
>MP3s and streaming, objectively sounds worse than CD. Listen to a CD for once and find out.
>Rock bands not being championed in general due to it being easier to push a solo artist that made music on laptop.
>Music Industry probably wanting puppets they can control rather than TV flinging rock stars.

It was more of a chore to make music using hardware but a combination of both software and hardware will give the sound more dimension. Some artists uses sample packs and dont record anything. That's less production and more arrangement.

On a conspiratorial note perhaps TPTB dont want us uplifted like with 80s anthems and want people more docile.

this and learning an instrument simply requires more time and money that the working class has less of year after year than singing/rapping/electronic production
