As album architecture goes, Sweet Sweet is like Dawn Patrol or Revolution #9, a weird little breather before the 'big finish'. I don't even count those types of tracks as songs.

first 3 albums are all S tier but MCIS and Gish are slightly better than SD

Sweet Sweet is far from the weakest track. There are few songs that make the album feel like it drags on a bit toward the end. They should've excised a couple of them and it would've been more than a 9/10

When I hear Gish, I hear Guns and Roses and Jane's Addiction
everyone sleeps on the Jane's Addiction influence on early SP, way more prominent than any shoegays band
