I'm a zoomer and I really am not that into music and I never really actively listened to music until just a few years ago. I don't know a lot of well known basic bitch bands, like when people around me talk about music I don't know wtf they are talking about half the time. Like is it normal to just know nothing at all about pop music, but to still be OBSESSED with this random ass arthoe band from ages ago that is completely obscure to anyone in my age group? I feel like such an alien for exclusively listening to this shit while I barely even know who Michael Jackson is (yeah I know they really aren't THAT obscure but keep in mind I am a zoomer and I have literally never ever in my life heard anyone even mention the band)

Well either way it's pretty normal to listen the Siouxsie and The Banshees and not listen to current pop music. And they're hardly obscure or random at all. They're probably the most famous goth rock band besides The Cure.
