Hipster opinion but I like everything up to Meddle then enjoy the Wall and Final Cut ok do what they are. Their acclaimed 70s albums are corny for me.

Pink Moon is, by far, the most overrated album there is, Kanye West's discography is definitively overrated, as are other rap albums, but at least each album contains >1 unique/innovative song, Pink Moon is just an acoustic guitar, and a voice singing songs so monotonous, you can't tell when one song ends, and the next starts, contains no catchy/memorable tunes, lasts less than 30 minutes... Its too much of an overhyped lackluster album, when compared to literally thousands of others, it competes against, to be in the top 200 best albums, in fact, I'm sure inbred could record something just as good, and it wouldn't crack the top 50.000. It's a classic example of obscurantism, if you put shit behind a glass in a art museum, people will praise how "bold, avant-garde, yada yada it is, and offer a million for it.
