So bird song is at the top. Then probably a mother's lullaby. After that... myth... it's probably allegorical or something.

Not sure, but I would say Largo by Dvorak. Alternatively, I kind of like Feels so Good by Chuck Mangione, despite being a running gag in KotH.

Also, I have heard some people say that Where Are You, Dear General? by Kim Jong Il is good, but that probably is a bunch of commie BS and I have never listened to it before.

Honestly, I am a bit of a casual ass a classicalfag as I was an operafag before, so the choice is rather basic... New World Symphony, second movement, or otherwise, Opus 95.

I am listening to Morning Mood by Grieg right now and I feel that it ought to be mentioned in this thread too.

Honestly this one depends, I am partial to an old choral version titled Rise O Voices of Rhodesia, there are three name arrangements of this version, one for a children's choir, one as a standard choral arrangement and one as sort of a pop-jazz rock fusion. I am referring to the second one specifically. That is regardless of the political connotations that this version might have to some.

It really does, such a piece is wonderful. I used to get DW (German public broadcaster) in my area (no clue why, as I am not even in Europe) and I would tune in whenever they would play their recording of it, the video is on YouTube, by the way.

Really that part of Europe in general (Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and Poland) have some wonderful composers. Even more modern television and film music is very good.

Invictus is a great album, but it's not trying to be as "beautiful" as marriage of heaven and hell in my opinion. It feels like it's trying to be harsher and more aggressive.

II think it's got an angrier vibe overall, but it's been a while since i listened to the whole thing (though there are angry songs on the 2 marriage albums).

Hyperballad. It's a beautiful song. She lives on the top of a mountain and goes to the edge every morning. She throws pieces of things down the cliff to see how they sound because she loves music. One day she wonders what her body would sound like if she threw herself down, and it makes her appreciate being safe up here more.
