Actually I'm a Boomer, and I LIKE Yoko Ono.
I think, if everybody were a little more open minded, she could've contributed a lot to The Beatles.
Her solo album is just as good as John's and Fly features some of John's best guitar work.
Plus if it weren't for her, The B-52s would never have been inspired to write Rock Lobster, which, incidentally was John and Yoko's favorite "New Wave" song when it came out, precisely because of Yoko's influence.
Also Kiss Kiss Kiss on Double Fantasy is one of the best late 70s/early 80s New Wave songs ever recorded.
