Once you turn 15 you should stop listening to rap
Once you turn 30 you should stop listening to guitar-centric music.

Classical faggots are more insecure. Purely basing this on the various classical threads that shit on everything that isn't classical, including jazz.

These boomer tier posts about normality and what you "should" do are just weird to me now, especially on fucking 4chan. All of that shit is over. There is no normalfag lifestyle. You will struggle and be mentally ill for the rest of your life and so will everyone else.

It's a really bizarre feeling never having had sex while there are people less than half my age who have. It makes me feel like I'm not qualified to even say anything to anyone. I am constantly surrounded by life of all sorts, not only human being but also animals, bugs, germs, and even plants, who have experienced life to a degree that I never will. It's so weird.

No but she eventually found out. We work together and we had a company lunch shit and we all went around saying how old we are and my boss said I was 30. Everyone was shocked and I could tell she was really surprised by it, but at this point she doesn't give a fuck. People are telling me she will eventually cause her retarded friends will be getting to her head soon.

My taste in music went as follows.
>1-9
Whatever my parents listened to on the radio
>10-19
Assorted dadrock my dad shared with me, hiphop/rap, some spanish "reggaeton" or whatever it was called later due to mexican gf and her family
>20-26
Metal, Video game soundtracks, and classical music mostly. I was a loser socially in life during this stage
>27-30
Started listening to pop due to new gf and gym/working out. I like it. Still listen to aforementioned genres, but less than before.

for me it:
>1-13
a mix of slop from music video shows and whatever my parents listened to to the radio
>14-16
abandoned all previous listening and got into classic hard rock/classic metal
>17-19
prog rock, progressive metal
>20-27
alternative rock added to my listening
>27-32
death metal/melodeath added (progdeath too)
>33-36
some more mature sounding pop added

still listen to everything i have over the years minus the stuff from ages 1-13

1-8: mainly what my parents listened to and it was the 80s so they listened to a lot of normie pop and 80s hair metal pop. I got into def leppard heavily somehow at this age.

12-16: alt rock and grunge. It became the 90s and I was into whatever was popular

17-21 : punk rock and underground music.. indie stuff

22-30: 60s psych pop. 60s pop in general. Oldies, billboard pop from the 70s, 50s music, old soul records - Philly soul, motown

30-40: got more into prog, should have gotten into it more when younger but it really satisfied a need for trippier more sophisticated music while I got high. Also various 60s 70s or 90s artists I've missed out on in the past a lot. Also animal collective and krautrock

40-42 so far : prog still does it for me at its best, also loving jazz. Jazz fusion also. Also revisiting albums I've loved at various stages innthe past since I've listened to so much stuff that I keep forgetting about a ton of it that keeps me busy. Current obsession is Music To Eat by Hampton Grease Band.
