Not him, but I'll answer: It's because I'm attracted to women. If I were attracted to men then I would care about the bodies of men who appear to be men, but I'm not. Therefore, when I man embodies only female characteristics, I find him attractive. Gay guys don't go for people who look like Tim Henson unless they're pathologically straight. I wouldn't stoop to the level of actually pursuing another man because the idea of sex with men is completely unappealing to me, but on a purely visual, aesthetic level, a man who appears to be a woman will provoke surface level attraction. To actually date or fuck a man who looks like a woman takes a lack of integrity, because it shows that you are attracted to women but are settling for a lesser version of that. A true pathologically homosexual man who appears feminine and is attracted to masculinity can have gay sex that isn't at the expense of their integrity because there's no contradiction. To answer your question: people hate themselves. Even in the picture he's trying to be something he's not. It takes a certain intelligence and self-care for introspection that majority of people simply don't have. They don't have the ability to reflect and ask questions, to pause and measure decisions that bear long-term impacts. They live for the gratification of the moment with no regard for the future. Underdevelopment of the frontal lobe has a lot to do with this. They're literally brainlets.
