The vocals are no worse than their other albums. It's the instrumentals which sound like a toddler arrhythmically banging pots and pans together.

Just finished it. It's a 5/10 at worst, though I suppose if I'd paid for it I could understand its infamy. 'Some Kind Of monster', 'Sweet Amber', and 'The Unnamed Feeling' are probably the tracks I liked the most.
