Maze of the Phantom [2012]

I honestly like free improv and I myself enjoy picking up the acoustic and letting myself hit some dissonant chords and sing along unchained by notions like "harmony" and "rhythm" but Jandek has just never done it for me. I think it just sounds too simple and naive. Like myself at 12 hitting a detuned guitar for the first time without knowing what I was doing. It all ends up sounding kind of the same and not expressing much. Idk, rec me some Jandek. The guy has a bunch of albums I'm sure there's something in there for me.

why make a thread everyday that gets 0 responses 95% of the time? this and the u2 coa poster are dedicated i'll give 'em that.

anyway, the fact that this thread has responses 2 responses instead of zero is due to having a cool pic for the cover art which proves my theory that cover art is just as important as the album itself.
