Their entire shtick is just making sure that every measure of their songs sounds different while maintaining the repetitive aspect of dance music. In other words, they seem complex but they're just continually making mental notes of what rhythms/glitches/effects they've exhausted so as to give the illusion that a track is constantly evolving, when it's really just shuffling itself around for the most part.
