I've probably listened to this album hundreds of times yet it finally dawned on me yesterday how crazy it is that they made Holy Wars the opening track.

Yea, Holy Wars or Hanger 18 should have been the finale, with Take No Prisoners, or something else with a bit of wellie (but not the pinnacle, not too much too soon) as the intro track.

Anyway, it's still a fucking absolute beaut of an album regardless.

and the great thing about mp3s and playlists, is we can do whatever the fuck we want now anyway.
