I think Fantano is kinda dumb. The streamer guy obviously didn't watch the review of the record Fantano gave a high score to, he was just reacting to something someone in his chat said. And yet Fantano seems to treat it as if the streamer guy has some mental issues because he's recollecting his review incorrectly. It's really embarrassing.
