Not that the first half was good far from it but when the USAID bucks started flowing it absolutely fell off a cliff. After 2014 it may as well have been like listening to white noise.

Isn't taking a thermal shock with very cold water dangerous to the nervous system? I have that impression. So wouldn't it be weird to do that as fundraising for dealing with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis? I always had this doubt and never got it.
