A lot of people. I frequently see it called an amazing album with horrible cover art
.They didnt understand the cover and why a weird dude is running with a sword.
I get that the orginal album title was War Pigs but the photo is still good regardless.

paranoid is definitely the better album title. i always interpreted the cover as some kind of hallucination, so the title "paranoid" still works.
