No More Tears was definitely an 80s hair metal/arena rock era product. Not to disparage it, it's easily one of the best. Weird to think Blizzard and Tears are only a decade apart

I think it's firmly in the 90s. Production doesn't sound 90-ish at least. And the whole aesthetic of the video (music aside) gives me a kind of new agey vibe.
